Visited peak time Saturday evening.

The restaurant was packed and very busy, we were greeted in good time and made aware there would be a short wait for a table (which was fine and a time kept to) and directed to the bar.

Once seated we were made aware as to how to order (either at the bar or could make use of a QR order system from the table.)

Despite how busy it was the staff were always incredibly friendly and professional and I wasn't made to feel like I was rushed or a burden.

Food itself once ordered came out in good time (first up the tapas board and then mains) and was fantastic quality and well priced.

We also made our way through quite a bit of the cocktail menu, with them all being made up to order and definitely not the cheap ones from a can that you get in some places.

As for the restaurant itself it was well presented, clean and maintained. There is also free WiFi available.

All in all we were very happy with our night out here and will definitely be returning.

Our first visit to the Spalding Lounge , arrived about 8.30 pm.There was plenty of choice of tables. We had Tapas hummus with flat breads a beef dish and quesadillas all was very nice

Been here a few times now. Most recently on 27/2 to treat my wife for her birthday. We arrived at around 1pm and it was absolutely packed. Nonetheless, service was with a smile. We sat at the bar and waited for a table, which wasn't long, and enjoyed the food which was beautiful as usual. Top marks for the excellent variety of vegan options - especially the burrito.
All of the staff were very good, and dealt well with what was no doubt a very high pressure hour or so! Special shout out to Sam and the lady taking food orders out (didn't catch her name) but they all deserve praise for their great service.
Top staff, tasty food, good price -what more could you want?

We visited this lounge whilst in the area looking around Springfields shopping outlet. The place was very busy due to it being half term and we were warned there would be a wait for a table, but a few minutes later we were shown to our table . We ordered using the QR code on the table, despite being very busy we received our drinks in a few minutes and didn't have to wait too long before our food order was served. The food was tasty and importantly was served hot, a big improvement compared to our local "Lounge". The only negative I would say is like a lot of Lounge restaurants the lighting is very dim and not helped by the dark colour of the ceiling, fortunately at this restaurant there is quite a lot of natural lighting which helps.

My wife and I, popped in 2/12 to find out what this new option would be like whilst waiting for our Bus home.
We had a very good experience.
Service excellent
Food very good, the soup was amazing
Price very good
We were attended to by Richard who was superb.
They were very busy, it was 12:00 noon, but nothing was a problem.
The Ladies who brought our food were also, great examples of how to treat/care for Customers.
My only criticism would be, that it was a little on the dark side lighting wise.🤫

Fantastic food and a great menu are complemented by a fantastic decor and open dining area that isn't overcrowded. The only negative was that the table service was not attentive enough. Staff were polite, but we had to request our first course to be cleared nearly 20 mins after finishing it, although the restaurant was half empty. We will definitely be going back, and it is a shame that one thing marred what could have been a perfect dining experience.

Lovely place, love the decor. Second visit, first time staff couldn't find our table to deliver food ☹️ Today I was served my food and my friend was left waiting for her meal. Luckily mine was a cold option, would have liked to be served at the same time. Nice friendly staff.

The burger was delicious, and the service was fast, I will come back to have a food,
I ordered a Biscoff Banoffe Milkshake at the end, and it was awful. First, there was a lot of ice, so much that I was sucking up crushed ice through the straw. The flavor was very weak. I asked for a new one without ice to take away, and I got the milkshake in a coffee cup for takeaway. The taste was very bad, artificial, and watery. It felt like just milk was poured in with a pump of syrup. This is not how a milkshake should be made. The name said 'milkshake,' not 'watery ice.' Is this how milkshakes are served?
