Stayed for one night, the place is spotless and the garden is lovely. Good communication from the owner. The place is very private, nice cake on arrival. Super comfy bed with air con and the bath is massive with plenty of hot water. Sleep quality was excellent with no noise at all. I would stay again and will recommend this place for anyone wanting a private, quiet night with great sleep.

We had the most wonderful time at Pheasant Suites in Colchester ,everything about this holiday accommodation is perfect. The suites are immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and offer a level of privacy that’s hard to find elsewhere. It’s a real hidden gem! And the biggest bath ever!!!!|From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The surroundings are peaceful, the setting idyllic, and the attention to detail throughout the property is wonderful . Lynda, the owner, is absolutely fantastic always friendly, welcoming, and on hand to help with any enquiries .|It’s also incredible value for money, especially given the high standard of accommodation and the serene atmosphere. We’re already counting down the days until our next visit

A really lovely "retreat".|Pristine clean with delicious welcoming fruit cake and fresh milk for tea. Much appreciated :)|Fabulous bathroom with amazing bath, separate powerful shower, large towels, bathrobes and luxury products.|Superking comfy bed and great pillows - we slept very well !|Kitchen had everything you needed with all items of a high quality. Microwave and toaster came in handy too. |So nice and peaceful and we even watched the sun come up in the mornings.|In fact everything was just lovely.

Lovely place away from all the hustle and bustle, nice and spacious. Unfortunately though we made it to the farm we could not stay over night due to ilness. It's very well set out, looks nice & comfortable and the host was helpful and understanding regarding our having to leave so soon. Nice little garden space attached, easy to find and secure parking on site. Will look to book again..

Not a lot to add to the other outstanding reviews. Perfectly clean, welcoming, luxury at every turn. Amazing bath (with electric candles) and shower. Cake on arrival. Great DVD collection. Box of food delivery recommendations . Just great 🙂

2nd visit here with my partner. Perfect getaway from the kids to unwind and chill. Personalised message written on the bed! Homemade Cake and chocolates upon arrival. They really go above and beyond to make your stay special! We will be coming back again for sure!

Beautiful place to stay, The Surrounding area is very quite and pheasant lodge felt like a home from home, All amenities are supplied and the host was amazing in regards to the booking and directions, and even left milk and chocolate cake for us,

Place was amazing very clean and comfy you could sit in all night if you wanted to, the bath tub was massive but also if you wanted to be quick had a shower too, the bed was comfortable to sleep if you didn’t want to lay down there is also a sofa in the room plus a table and chairs to eat your food at. Will definitely be booking again
