Lovely weekend getaway, quiet rural location. The cottage was brilliant. The place was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the showers nice and hot. And a lovely horse in the field.

Great stay for a weekend for 5 of us plus 1 dog.|Very quite with exceptionally comfy beds and pillows. Even had a cake on the table for us on arrival. Seemed to have thought of everything to give us a really relaxing stay. Would really recommend.

A really comfortable place. The room was well equipped, v comfortable, spotless and clean. The welcome cup of tea on arrival was much appreciated. Lovely countryside around the farm. The breakfast was super, lots of delicious fruit to start and fresh cooked hot food to follow. Only stayed one night but wish it had been longer.

We had a very good stay in one of the two-bedroomed cottages. The farm has a tranquil atmosphere and the cottage had easy adjacent parking and a private rear garden. The central heating was effective and beds were firm (ideal for our liking). Digital TV and wifi was working most of the time. Kitchen very well equipped and spacious. Thanks for the nice welcome we enjoyed our stay with you.

We only spent a night here but it was wonderful. Had a great nights sleep in a very comfortable room. The house is beautiful and the breakfast was to die for. We felt like honoured guests.||In the morning after breakfast we took the farm walk and really enjoyed it. We saw long tailed tits, a sparrowhawk, a couple of buzzards, 2 canada geese, some mallards, a lark and lots of flowers. Well worth doing.||Great hospitality and a great stay thank you.

Stayed just the one night in May as we were going to a party near by. I was surprised how easy it was to find being out in the sticks. We were greeted in a welcoming and friendly manner. We had one of the small out house rooms out the back. It was perfect for us. Nice and clean which I always appreciate. We found it peaceful and we both had a great sleep. The breakfast in the morning was lovely but me being me I missed the beans and black pudding but maybe I should have asked. Anyway our stay was great and suited what we needed. I'd stay again and would stay for a longer period as it's in a gorgeous area of the country.

We spent a night a phepson farm. After we were shown to our rooms we were served tea/coffee and cake. We all thought the cake tasted delicious!|My husband and I slept in the farm house. Our room was old, but very clean. I liked the charm in the room. The bathroom couod do with an updating as the shower was dated but again it was very clean. My parents stayed in a newer built which was very charming and clean again. We all loved breakfast and the friendliness of the owners! We would all stay again.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and throughly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The kids loved the freedom to play and pat the horse. We stayed in the Granary cottage which is country contemporary with original exposed beams throughout. It has 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and small single room, powder room and spacious kitchen with washing machine. No dryer but the clothes dried quickly on the airer near the heater.
