Fantastic stay at this lovely B&B. Pat the host was lovely he made us feel so welcome and gave us some information on nice places to eat and places to go while in Derry/Londonderry. We booked last minute but Pat was more than accommodating rooms are small but everything you need. Bed was so comfortable. Kettle for tea and coffee. Towels shower gel every thing you need. The breakfast was beautiful. Everything in walking distance. Will definitely be back. !!

The BEST place to stay in Ireland. It is literally in the city. The best host by far. Breakfast is way above our expectations. Clean and tasty! Very accommodating and friendly host. Check in was incredibly easy, and we didn't even have a booking. I highly recommend this guesthouse and the city if Derry is awesome!

We stayed at the Phoenix B&B last weekend for 2 nights (Friday 26th-sunday 28th of July)||Our flight from Edinburgh arrived in Derry at 8am (long before official check in time) and we headed to the b&b. We were greeted by Pat who kept our bags for us and provided us with a map, some recommendations and some useful information regarding the city! The B&B is extremely well located and we were able to walk from there to the main attractions in the city during the day and more importantly able to stumble home from the pubs at night. ||After spending the day in the city we returned to the B&B where Pat had put our bags in the room already for us. The room was clean and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. We slept great while there.||Breakfast was fantastic! There was a choice of cereals, juice, pancakes and Scones to start and was followed by an excellent cooked breakfast.||Our flight home wasn't till 9pm at night. Pat told us to take our time in checking out and gave us a door key to the B&B which allowed us to leave our luggage and return later at night for it before our flight meaning we didn't have to carry it on us all day.||I cannot recommend the Phoenix B&B enough!||Thankyou for your hospitality; we will definitely be back when we return to the city.||Catherine Anne and Kevin 🙂

A lovely, clean place in an excellent location. The host, Pat, is very kind and knowledgeable of the area. He provided us with a map and gave us ideas of what to do and where to go. On top of that, he served a delicious breakfast each morning! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Pat was the most welcoming host. We had a comfortable stay, the breakfast was excellent and customized to our exact requests. We also enjoyed chatting with Pat over breakfast about the local area and gathering his recommendations.

Wonderful bed and breakfast. Delicious breakfast. Pat couldn't do enough for us an absolute gentleman. Very clean rooms and lovely comfortable bed had a great night sleep.

Great little place with great staff. So very pleasant,helpful and courteous. The place is very close to everything and the nightlife was nice too. Beds were very comfortable and really quiet area at night.

Very friendly owner and a good breakfast. Relatively cheap but basic. The rear garden is overgrown and has some old mattresses laying around. The location is excellent. Good for one night.
