I had a great experience with Millie during my one hour Thai inspired massage. She was very professional and made me feel relaxed from the moment I arrived which I appreciated, because to me the mental aspect of a massage is as important as the physical. Millie provided the perfect amount of pressure for me, and she adapted the massage to account for the particular tension in my body. I left feeling less tense and more limber. Excellent massage. A friend bought me a voucher for my Birthday and after a few months I felt it was a good time to use it so booked today. I left the appointment feeling a lot less tense and very relaxed. Would visit again.

I am a very nervous person and have had a lot of stress recently so was delighted to go for a massage here (I happen to be down here for the week as I am not a local) - Sasha put me at ease and was really patient with me.

I felt very relaxed after and then had a pedicure which helped loads as been walking a lot - made my feet feel 100% times better. I choose black varnish but there are a huge selection of colours if black is not your go to colour.

It is not too far from Brighton train station and the Lanes so was fairly easy to find. But it is also down a quiet street so it added to the calm of the morning pamper
