Just wanted to say thank you again for your services. The food was amazing and you were very hospitable and fuss free! It was a smooth, relaxed and enjoyable experience from the beginning to the end. The bonus of not having to wash up after was massively appreciated. Everyone is still talking about the food and how amazing it was, along with the extra effort you put into serving the canapés on the beachfront (We hired Pickle and Brine for a BBQ at our Airbnb that backed onto the beach )

Gosh, what can I say about Fernando from Pickle & Brine. It was an absolute pleasure to have him come and cook for us.
From start to finish Fernando made it such a smooth and enjoyable process. Having never used the services of a private chef before, I wasn’t sure what to expect but Fernando gave extensive food options and then gave advice and recommendations on menus.
There were a few intolerances which Fernando took into consideration and when the time came, the food was incredible.
We didn’t know Fernando was there half the time as he was busy cooking and then serving the food. He left the kitchen spotless.
We were left incredibly happy and cannot wait to use the services of Pickle & Brine again.

We booked Fernando for our wedding. We wanted a relaxed, casual day with family, friends, laughter, good food and drink. Fernando and Alice nailed it. The food was fantastic, it tasted and looked great and everyone raved about it. They were both professional but also down to earth and friendly. We had rented a large beautiful house in Waldron, East Sussex, for a weekend of family celebrations. To complete the occasion we'd booked Fernando to cook for us on the Saturday night. We were after a relaxed outdoor evening, rather than a formal sit-down affair, and Pickle and Brine looked to be the perfect solution.
I can honestly say Fernando exceeded all expectations by far!
From the moment he arrived to set up until the time he left he was calm, efficient and friendly. He adapted his time-scales to fit in with children's bed-times which can't have been easy when creating such amazing dishes!
And the food!!! It was absolutely wonderful! The smell of it slowly cooking over the fire-pit definitely got our gastric juices flowing! There was such a variety of flavours and textures, it's almost impossible to describe but every mouthful was thoroughly enjoyed by each and everyone. (And there was more than enough so we could enjoy left-overs the following day!)
I can't thank Fernando enough for helping to make our celebrations extra special.

I cannot recommend fernando highly enough! from start to finish he was brilliant, incredible customer service, huge attention to detail catering for everyone's need to the last detail, exceptional food, he was so discrete on the night whilst managing everything perfectly single handedly, and he left my kitchen cleaner than he found it! we can't wait to use him again

Fernando and Alice, we just wanted to thank you and your team for the delicious catering you recently provided for the Borde Hill BBQ. Despite the fact that the weather was less than ideal and our timings ran a little off plan, everyone really enjoyed the food and there have been so many comments since about how delicious and plentiful it was. Your planning and communication regarding this event was exceptional, as well as the beautiful presentation and delivery on the day.
