I booked in for an hour massage and was not disappointed. The room was warm and the massage table comfortable. The massuse asked what type of massage I wanted and checked a number of times if the pressure was OK. She was lovely and quite chatty.
This was my first massage here and I will return at some point to experience this again.

Do NOT Go, I booked a couple times now and when I arrived for a sports massage they declined me at the door and said everyone is busy. Very rude and disrespectful staff. I’ve been told this establishment they offer other services other than masssges, thank goodness I didn’t get in. I’m glad and I will never go to a ‘Thai’ massage again

Just had the most amazing massage from a lady called Beebee . I’m feeling like I’m in heaven right now . She was able to take all my knots out and give so much relief to my body.

This was my first time visiting Pim Zen Spa in Bradford and to say I was more than impressed. I was booked in for a fully massage of my head, body and shoulder. The atmosphere that they had made the room was so exceptional; they had put lights on dim and had calming scents of candles filling the room. I was told to make myself comfortable and a masseuse will come soon. The masseuse was very well trained and the massage exceeded all my expectations and I was feeling more than relaxed by the end, all my tensions had melted away. Anyone looking for the most exceptional full body massage by the most trained people, then you need to come. Will defiantly visit often and recommend to family and friends.

By far the best massage service I’ve had and only £40 for an hour. These people are highly experience and know what they are doing. My back felt so much better after visiting here. The rooms and facilities are excellent with a nice relaxing atmosphere.

By far the worst massage iv ever had. I was booked in for a full body hot oil massage, and the entire time was spent massaging my ribs!! Yess my ribs, I had asked for her to concentrate on my lower back, neck and shoulders. My lower back wasn't touched, the shoulders got a minute each. The lady disappeared from the room for 5 minutes as some one came in to the shop she wanted to have a natter with. She had these god awful sliders on which she was scraping on the floor as she was walking from one side to the other. I was put in a dusty room, which the caused my allergies to flare up, and ended up with a runny nose it really wasn't the best experience and I will not be going back.
