Excellent place 😃||This was booked by my wife as a birthday trip, and it was absolutely superb. |The room was clean and tidy and well appointed. Comfy bed and great soundproofing meant we had a great nights sleep. ||It’s very close to the Red Jet terminal and lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. ||The hosts were very accommodating and friendly and we will certainly stay again in our next visit to the IoW.

over priced very disappointing room mirrors dirty and not cleaned sticky fingers marks on door to bathroom . Asked for check in time for 11am meet by a very unwelcoming lady asking what were we there for ! room not ready said other people late leaving .... no apology . There is work being done to front of hotel stair well dirty . We had a room under the pub/resturant loud music and shouting till 3am no sleep and we had a wedding the next day. so we were shattered . Tried to find someone in the morning like a ghost town we moved out and had to pay for a premiere inn which was far more superior and excellent |customer service . Could not bare another night of noise and shouting . we did actually phone later that day and a very unhelpful lady just said ok so you moved out no apology ! disgusting service really disappointed never again rip|off

It was my first time staying on the Isle of Wight and we stayed here. Steve and Zoe - the owners - went above and beyond, welcomed us and we spent our first night in the bar where we enjoyed chatting to them and other staff members as they recommended incredible drinks. The stay in the room was incredible. The bed was comfy and the room was really luxurious. It felt so homely and calming and I sank into that bed and slept through the night. It was so amazing we extended our stay a couple more nights and we’ll defo be doing it again soon! Highly recommend if you want to experience a slice of heaven!

This was the most luxurious stay I've had overseas. The Pinnacle suites is unassuming from the outside, but when you step inside you're greeted with a light, modern atmosphere with an Asian touch. ||The room was decorated with a beautiful eye for detail and modern amenities including towel warmer, cordless charging, high quality soaps/combs/slippers robes etc., and a incredibly comfortable bed (perfectly combination of firm and soft).||On top of the great room and view over the city, the hotel has a great bar called "Bird Bar" filled with incredibly unique cocktails and spirits from around the world. The owners and operators are welcoming, warm and are the epitome of top teir hospitality. ||We loved staying here, and looking forward to returning here on our next visit.

This was the most luxurious, comforting and accomidating place on the island. This hotel is designed with and eye for detail with modern amenities like wireless charging. The location and view were an added bonus.

Their bar on site, Bird Bar, has incredibly unique cocktails with spirits from all around the world. The drink serving Robot is an added flair.

We can't wait to return here next visit.

Such a lovely find, absolutely unique, quirky place. Staff were amazing with Zoe taking care of every detail. Next to the ferry and in the centre of town I really could't recommend this place enough. Room was clean and decorated to a high standard which make it worth the price. My partner fell in love with the waitress. Thank you so much for having us and we will be back.

Loved my stay here, room was recently refurbished and the hotel looks fantastic. Room was quiet and had a great nights sleep!
The mixology at the hotel bar was great fun with my colleagues too, so big thank you to the owners!

Avoid this place if you want a good nights sleep. We paid nearly £300 for 2 nights and could not sleep. There are 2 bars right next to the building plus the hotel bar. As I am writing this we are hearing mixed music from both sides plus the people right under the windows. Unbelievable!!! Otherwise the room is great and the staff are friendly.
