Not a bad pizza express. Friendly staff and clean toilets. Our pizzas took longer than usual but we didn’t mind the wait so much. Nice atmosphere inside and open plan kitchens viewable from the dining area. Use the app to get some discounts off your bill or free items.

Thought we would book a table in here as my sister just recently moved to the area, and we was able to walk to this location.

From the outside it’s lovely, such a nice vibe as the high street is very clean, and has some really beautiful buildings and a river. Upon entry we was shown to our table right at the back of the restaurant, which was okay, however we seemed to be forgotten about once seated.

After some time we made our order and got our drinks. My daughters dough balls arrived first, and then 45/50 mins later our pizzas come. The waitress told my mum they had burnt her pizza so she’ll have to wait for another, no apology nothing. They then forgot about my sisters dough balls and the halloumi bites were soggy and not very nice.

Once we had pretty much eaten our pizzas they brought my mums pizza, she had opted for a margarita, however, for it being just cheese and tomato they seemed to lack in the cheese department. Not only that the waitress was extremely rude and aggressive, we asked to speak with the manager and he was clueless, he had to be told to apologise. I will never step foot in another pizza express again, they are overpriced for an underwhelming Experience.

I have come here quite a few times. I’ve never had a problem, the food is always nice and the staff are always friendly.
