We had Gemma and her team do the on the day co-ordination for us at Polhawn fort for our wedding on 05.09.24. Honestly having Gemma will be the best bit of money you spend for your wedding and the post wedding cleanup service made getting out by 10am the next morning with a hangover much easier! GEmma was incredible on our day - she made it run so smoothly despite lots of plan changes due to torrential rain! Having someone like GEmma at a dry hire venue like polhawn will really take a lot of stress off of you and allow you to really enjoy the day! X Thank you!! her services are amazing X

We booked Gemma and her team for our wedding. They made us have no worries at all on our wedding day. We didn’t have to think of anything, Gemma and her team just did everything without asking. We spoke to them before and gave an idea of what we wanted and they completed it to such a wonderful level of service.

We cannot fault their work at all, they made our wedding day run smoothly and without fault. They were all so friendly and kind to us and our guests, making it feel like they were just part of the wedding.

Where to start! Gemma and her team were amazing!
They made everything run with such ease and nothing was to much trouble.
From advice on all the details and order of the day to so many little things we didn't even consider. It all just came together perfectly.

Gemma is quite simply amazing! We used her and Planning Elegance as our wedding coordinator for our Polhawn Fort Wedding. Gemma was so helpful during the planning and prep, even after three Covid rearrangements she did everything she could to make the process easy and enjoyable. On the day she was a superstar, so modest and discrete, but everywhere all the time just making the whole day run like clockwork, everything looked stunning and was just how we had dreamt it would be. PS if you are trying to weigh up if paying for a coordinator is worth it, it is! Compared to the cost of everything else wedding having a “Gemma” totally de stresses your day, yes you can do it yourself but it’s not the day you want to have a to do list in your pocket - believe me you want to subcontract that list!

We used Planning Elegance's service to provide us with some hosting staff for our wedding (as well as a clean-up crew next day). The team were lovely and always looking for stuff to do; one even took one of our family members dogs for a walk in the evening so that they didn't need to leave the celebrations!

Everything ran really smoothly with the help of the team, and we were thrilled with how they kept everything clean, tidy, and well stocked. Nothing was too much trouble for them - super happy with the service provided!
