The location is excellent, with easy access to groceries, coffee shops, pubs, train stations, and a shopping center. However, the room wasn’t cleaned daily, and we were only provided with a very small bin, forcing us to go outside to empty it several times. Despite breakfast being listed as included, it wasn’t available on any of the days we stayed, which was disappointing. The Wi-Fi was completely unreliable, so I had to rely on my phone’s data to get any work done—a real nightmare. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which was a small saving grace.

They let homeless people come to the hotel. |Licking from the roof witch was the toilet on the room upstairs. No towel provided. Smell bad. No vantalation for the restroom. Not a safe area I'd you have kids. This hotel is so dirty, there were mice in the room

Dirty. Its cheap, yes, but the bad quality doesn’t even justify the price.
Towel had holes and spots, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and hard. Shower was rusty, walls had marks and holes, countertops have not been washed over and dust everywhere.
The people who worked there were nice - at least to me - thats the only positive thing.

Excellent budget friendly hotel,clean and nice,friendly staff and located near many attractions.
It was really hot when we stayed,and we were given air-conditioning remote free of charge.

Good Hotel At Very Good Location , bus stop infront of the hotel and train is 2 mint walk only , i prefer next time again for myself . Staff is frielndy and nice , room was clean and neat for mw

The pillows were hard the quilt very thin and old the bedding was crisp and clean the blanket thin. I was cold. Ongoing building work and dust sheets on the stairs. (trip hazzard) damp patch on the ceiling, bathroom ok but needs finishing in places. Receptionist lady was very very nice and accomodating. Place looks shabby on the outside, but they are trying to improve it. No I won't stay there again.

This hotel is so dirty, there were mice in the room. I had to ask to be moved to another room because a mouse ran over my feet in the room. Thankfully this happened in the presence of the hotel worker so she saw it! The bedding had stains on it - although allegedly clean - it was still stained. I know that the hotel is not a 5-star, but there is not even an attempt at ‘trying to be better’ or an effort in making the space look beautiful. The two ladies working on the shift were friendly despite the circumstances.
