Rachael catered for the South Hams Community Orchestra Christmas Lunch today with an absolutely superb buffet. Beautifully presented and mouthwatering. This was a superb lunch with lots of fantastic main course choices, cheese & biscuits and fruit, and delicious mini mince pies with clotted cream and exquisite mini christmas puddings for dessert. Everyone loved their lunch and there were plenty of takers for seconds! Rachael catered for 34 with great ease. As the event organiser she made my job extremely easy, suggesting choices and setting up well in time as planned. Very strongly recommended.

Used Rachel and team for my Dads 80th garden party in the rain. They sailed in and out swiftly, the food was fabulous and managed to cater for my old fashioned parents, vegetarians and a vegan, and also being aware of a cousin with a peanut allergy! I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an updated buffet experience. 😊

We have just attended a small (30 or so) event catered by PE&PC and were most impressed. Every effort was taken to cater for all food tastes: a very wide selection of vegan, vegitarian and gluten free dishes were beautifully and imaginatively presented. The buffet style meal allowed generous portions for everyone, with plenty of oportunity to have seconds or even thirds!
Of particular note were christmas themed deserts: individual mince pies with fresh clotted cream (yum); bite sized christmas puddings exquisitely decorated with a variety of icing toppings
