We had the pleasure to stay at what must be one of the best B&B I have experienced.|The owners greeted and took us to our room (Tamar) in the large country house. The room is large and very well appointed with coffee machine, fridge, kettle, hairdryer etc. Plus a very comfortable bed.|Dinner is offered, which we took up, with a varied choice. The fish pie was excellent, served in the dining room. Opposite is a guest lounge, again beutifully appointed. Breakfast in the morning was equally served to a delicious high standard with plenty of options.|The whole property is immaculate. The bedroom had lovely cotten sheets and duvet. Bathroom was fully supplied with Neals Yard products.|A very luxurious B&B with excellent owners.

We were lucky enough to stay the night here on a beautiful Spring day. Louise couldn’t do enough for us, from bringing us towels as we’d forgotten to pack any, to serving us fantastic food at the picnic bench outside as we enjoyed the last of the sunshine. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and slept really well in the comfy bed. Poole Farm is so well-situated; we were only a short drive away from a fantastic circular walk from Trebarwith. Thanks so much…we will be back!

If anyone wants the most relaxed break where the hosts are out of this world then this is the place to stay||Louise and Greg’s attention to detail is second to none||We stayed in journeys end cottage for 7 nights|The cottage was immaculate and had absolutely everything required for a comfortable chilled break||dishwasher,Wii, tvs in the living room and both bedrooms, hot tub, outdoor seating, coffee machine, slow cooker, every pot and pan known to man, wash baskets in both bedrooms … the list is literally endless||Then there’s Louise’s home cooked meals and breakfasts which are delivered piping hot to the cottage - de…blooming…. Licious not to mention the most delicious afternoon tea ||Then there’s the enclosed dog field, dog shower and dryer with doggy shampoo included||Then there’s the little hut with homemade jams, chutneys, marmalades, honey, frozen home made meals, a fridge with essentials eg milk, ideas for days out, washer, dryer etc etc ||The whole place is an absolute delight - I’m pretty sure Louise and Greg do not sleep - heaven only knows how they fit it all in||We have already booked again for next year and we cannot wait

This is our second visit to this CL. On both occasions we have been delighted with the owners and the site. It is very well kept with water, EHU and grey waste at each of the 5 pitches. The shower room and a separate toilet are immaculate and warm. A dog washing facility is well thought out with shower and dryer at waist height. The owners go beyond offering meals delivered to your caravan or frozen meals available in their shop/washing hut, complete with washing machine and dryer. This is truly a special CL that fully deserves it's awards. Thank you Gregg and Lou, we will return, it is a genuine pleasure to stay at your site.

Poole Farm B&B / hotel was quite simply brilliant. Nestled in the country north of Launceston, Poole Farm offers the charm and elegance of an old English manor. We stayed for two nights. We were warmly met at the door by Greg (co-owner) and Rufus (friendly spaniel) which somehow set the tone for the rest of the stay. The room was immaculately furnished and maintained with all the necessary facilities and a hugely comfortable bed. We wanted for nothing. The breakfast selection was vast with a personal recommendation to experience the full English breakfast. Wonderfully prepared and cooked by Louise (co-owner), she demonstrated an impressive culinary talent. The breakfast was so good we decided to take dinner there too, which was equally well-presented and particularly tasty. A small computer glitch due to the worldwide outage was swiftly resolved. |There really is nothing of substance to offer on how Poole Farm could be improved. It was simply outstanding.

Wow, what an amazing place, where even the small details had been thought through, like USB chargers in plug sockets and useful but also luxury items in the bathroom. We had pre-ordered an evening meal, or should I say feast. Very generous portions of very high quality home cooked food with plenty of fresh, beautifully done vegetables and fruit from the garden. The room was light and spacious (with blackout blinds) and beds comfortable. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and like everything else, outstanding quality and amounts. Owners friendly, checking that all was as needed but still leaving plenty of space. Would definitely recommend

Probably our favourite place to stay, the caravan CL is so peaceful, wonderful hosts Lou & Greg. Facilities are pristine, and the homemade meals are fantastic, delivered to your van. How great is that! Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

Staying at Greg and Louise's bed and breakfast was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were visiting old friends. The hospitality was five-star all the way. The breakfast was amazing, with delicious options that catered perfectly to vegetarians. Their charming dog Rufus greeted us with an adorable little bum dance each time we came down the stairs in the morning, making our stay even more memorable. We can't wait to return!
