Just a 1 night stay when in area on business.||A small village guest house with around 6/7 rooms.||Bed was very comfortable. The room itself was OK though the bathroom was very small (door banged against toilet). Shower was decent. As the house has single sash windows, noise from the village road does come into the room, albeit it’s not a busy road.||Breakfast is not included which is unusual for a B&B. It’s £12 extra, though that gives you a cooked breakfast yet no cereals/fruits/pastries which was unusual. Nice coffee cafetière. Breakfast is at a nice big shared table next to the kitchen.||WiFi worked welll and there was enough off street parking. Friendly owner.

2 night stay for friends wedding. Arrived a long drive to clean comfortable ground floor room. James had provided ironing facilities and full length mirror as requested. There was an ensuite..spotless..andrea tray. Tiny gripe that no shampoo in shower and I'd forgotten mine. Perfect breakfast on the Sunday and checked out late with no extra charge.

We stayed here so that we could visit family, friends and former neighbours as we had previously lived in Henlow. James was a brilliant host, nothing was too much. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. Our room was lovely and comfortable and really spacious. We will definitely stay here again.

Henlow really is just a small town, but if you're here for e.g. RAF work it's a good place to stay.

The rooms and breakfast are great and the owners are very nice. It's not a big budget hotel chain, but a quaint little family-run business.

The entrance to the car park is quite small and you might miss it when you're speeding by ?

Beautifully clean, comfortable and quiet. Lovely room at top of stairs with private bathroom next door which was huge. Fan in room which was a great feature. Beautiful building in a great location for our needs. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again.

Great rural B&B. Hilarious is welcoming, polite, and supportive of needs. Comfy, clean, and homely. A real country home from home. Guest area has a kettle, microwave and fridge s brng your own food is welcomed. Breakfast is optional and is reflected in price. Plenty if parking. plenty of surrounding countryside walks, wonderful pubs, and local stores. 0.8m from Tesco Express, Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda, Lidl, and M&S all within 5 miles.

Breakfast was extra but worth every penny. James the co-owner (I believe) fixed our breakfast every morning and the food was outstanding. We got to pick what we wanted to eat and the full English breakfast was perfect. We selected the largest back-of-house room which had a lot of natural light with two large windows. The bed and pillows were very comfy and the sheets/towels were clean and regularly changed by James. Spiders were a huge problem as some of the windows didn't close fully at the tops (behind bed and bathroom). I get it, this time of year spiders are plenty, but there are measures to help minimize how many come inside for guest comfort. Overall, our stay was excellent and worth the money.

Stayed here while visiting family and couldn’t have chosen a better place! Comfortable, quiet and reasonably priced. Rooms were spotless with comfy beds and great coffee making facilities. Breakfast of our choosing was ordered the night before and freshly cooked. Hilary made sure there was non-dairy milk for me, too. And the sun room was a lovely breakfasting space. |James and Hilary were attentive hosts and the location was perfect with plentiful car parking space and just over from The Crown which was great for our evening meals. |Can’t believe how lucky we were to find this charming b&b and would definitely stay again.
