An excellent experience as always. Beautifully presented accommodation and comfy beds. Great walkway over the wolf enclosure (wolf lodge). Food at the garden room restaurant was delicious and fresh and it was a lovely atmosphere. Use of the golf buggy was fantastic as I wouldn't have seem half as much otherwise as mobility isn't as good as it used to be, and there are a lot of hills! Love the orangutans. Great news addition. If you live animals, I'd highly recommend.

Stayed at the Giraffe lodge and had the most amazing stay. People to arriving I had to change the date due to a death in the family, they were so kind to allow us to change the date! Service was simply amazing! ||We arrived and walked the grounds, looked so lovely and had weather on our side. The safari’s were great. Being so close to the giraffe’s as well. The tent was nice and exactly how we pictured it to be. We slept well. The food was decent, although would have preferred a little more variety for dinner. Really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend. Was expensive but we found it well worth it. The day after going on another safari was nice too.

An utterly amazing overnight stay in Giraffe Lodge and 2 days at the zoo. Lovely location, fabulous dinner & breakfast, attentive staff and beautiful animals kept in roomy enclosures. The safaris were great, with the wonderful ranger Alex making ours so much fun and extremely informative. He is so passionate about animals and the work carried out by the foundation, it was impossible not to be fully engaged.

A great experience from the moment you drive in, concierge make sure you have a speedy check-in and get you underway in your own a buggy. Accommodation was great with an amazing view. Leopards on one side and a Rhinoceros on the other.
Sitting with a drink by our own fire pit was very peaceful. Laying in bed with a big skylight above looking at the stars was amazing. The restaurants were 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ waiting staff and food were great.
Will I return? Most definitely 😁👍

We stayed in Tiger Lodge and it was superb! The standard of accommodation was very high and we were lucky enough to see (and hear) the tigers multiple times per day. One afternoon, both were stretched out in front of our lounge and one of the bedrooms. It's incredible to be so close to such incredible animals. Overall, the park is great and it's fantastic that they do such amazing conservation work. I've read other reviews about the food in the Garden Room and I have to say that I agree. It's average, at best. The staff are helpful and good natured though. My advice is that if you are able to book dinner 'off reservation' do. We ate at the Tiger Inn at Stowton on the second evening, which was a vast improvement on the Garden Room.

We had a one night stay, room in the hotel and it was beautiful.
Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and friendly.
We fed the lions which was brilliant and our guide was very knowledgeable about the lions.
My husband did the Gorilla encounter which I found disappointing as I thought they would be feeding them from the roof overlooking the outside space, unfortunately this took place whilst the gorillas were in the enclosed area and I could not see him so couldn’t take any photos 🙁

Overall a nice experience with teenagers kids. Before I went I was really worried that the tent might be too cold (March), but it was actually very warm with two extra small heaters provided by the lodge. Thank you for having them on before we checked-in.

What a fantastic stay! We stayed overnight in the Lookout Bubble.. it was magnificent. The attention to detail was second to none.
Due to some mobility issues having a golf buggy within our booking meant an experience that would otherwise be really difficult was made possible.

Our dinner at Babydoll is one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had and the breakfast team at Bear Lodge couldn’t have been more welcoming. We booked the Gorilla Experience which involved getting up close. There was some height involved as you go up to the roof over metal, grated flooring which I didn’t know about (I likely I missed it) so for those who are a bit wobbly may want to try something else. If you can cope it really was a fantastic experience. Our ranger was so informative and friendly too.

The whole experience was fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a visit/stay.
