Ive just had bathroom done Peter had great ideas for it and James and colleagues did a great job and left it all clean..well 'man' clean to quote James !!! Toilet blocked 3 days after, floor had to be lifted and the toiled plumbed into soil pipe so stars reduced i have just been told that wjoever installed ne extractor fan left it lying in roof space not connected to the vent...i have taken this all personally because i trusted these guys to do a good job that i couldnt do

Recently got a full bathroom refurb. Peter gave me guidance, good advice and worked to a budget for me. I'd been to other companies and they didn't listen to what I wanted, budget etc and it was a sales pitch. Would definitely recommend using Portadown Tiles & bathrooms it made the process easy, they know what they are talking about and I now have a beautiful bathroom! Great service!

Contacted multiple times with pictures about faulty tiles and all I ever get in response is they are a different batches and that why they are different to the other tiles. No tiles should constantly be brown and dirty looking even if a different batch . I have seen others having same problems with the same tiles online so they are obviously faulty but this company does not care. We have spent a fortune getting hall tiled for it to look much worse now than before . So disappointing after spending quite a bit of money over the years with this business

. Ps it nothing to do with different batches. I'd understand a slight difference in shade yes but not for half the tiles to constantly look very brown and dirty and never clean up. Others online have had same problem with these tiles and had refund as there was a fault in some batches but this company refusing to take responsibility or even come and look at them they are clearly not right even with 2 different batches

Good quality materials and fantastic services. I was very pleased with the speed of getting the initial survey, level of attention and advice in the shop, but it was the work carried out at my home that really deserves the highest praise. The workmanship is truly first class!

Had our bathroom done by portadown bathrooms. From r initial meeting with Peter n our chats about design we now have n amazing bathroom. Peters advice was 1st rate. As for Robert n his Co worker have never come across 2 more skilled n tidy workers. Thank u to all. Will b recommending u to all. Xxx

Got a price for tiles and genuinely thought it was a joke. Found and bought the exact same elsewhere for a third of the cost. It’s great saying ‘support local’ but if the local shops can’t compete with the big boys then it’s time to call it a day. My tiler was horrified when I showed him what the quote was from this place compared to what I actually paid.

The staff member could not even be bothered to take my order said I needed an appointment and someone was due in 10 min... A lie since I was in sight of showroom for 20 mi n.. Li
Ong enough for me to get numerous orders.. Don't bother supporting this company if they take this attitude and lie to customers
