I've had my eyebrows tidied at Precious Moments in Coulsdon for some years now. I decided as we are going abroad and also have a wedding to attend I would treat myself to a mini manicure and my daughter (6years old) to a little miss manicure.

Firstly the team are amazing, I accidentally booked our appointment online at the Wallington branch. This was quickly remedied and we were re-booked for later in the day.

Both Bobbi and Lauren were so lovely made us feel very special. My daughter loved choosing the colours and was given a drink like everyone else. Treated like a proper lady. Bobbi was great with her chatting away and keeping her still enough for the nails to dry. Lauren did lovely work on my nails, I've never had them done before. She shaped them square and I chose two colours that matches the outfit I am wearing to the wedding.

I am over the moon with the whole experience and my daughter is looking forward to showing off her nails at a party tomorrow.

Would also like to say thank you Sandra who did my eyebrow tidy today.. I have quite unruly brows and she made them look great!

Update, i had my gel nails done on Saturday and by Monday they were chipping away 🙁 by Tuesday my nails look pretty awful. I am on holiday at the moment and when I return I have a wedding to attend. Pretty disappointed. It seems to be just the blue so maybe there is an issue with that colour. Would make me think twice about having it done again. **

Received a full body massage, Bobbi was great and relieved tension in neck & shoulders in particular to eliminate any soreness/tightness. Comfortable room with dim lights/ambient music and heated massage table. Good facilities with friendly staff. I would highly recommend and will return again soon.

I had a full body massage (including face) and an Indian head massage, both with Jess. It was probably the most relaxing 1hr 45 minutes ever and one of the best massages I've ever received.

I had such a lovely experience at Precious Moments, my toes look amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lauren is very talented and I’ve been here twice now with her and she’s the best.

I've been to this salon at least 8-9 times in the last couple of years and usually it's a pleasant experience until last week. The staff was really inexperienced and left me with bruises on bikini line and missed patches of hairs here and there. The salon is so close to my house and it was so convenient to go to but after that experience I can't see myself going back. It's such a shame cause until now I had good experience with massage, waxing and facial in this salon with other stuff.

The salon offered a variety of services. Booking online was so easy and convenient most especially for me who booked it over bank holiday. The staff are friendly, especially Sandra. She did my nails and was very nice, efficient and friendly too. Inside the salon was neat and tidy as well. Highly recommend for anyone who needs pampering.

I've always had great experiences with massages here for hot stone massages. Recently had a very good experience with Leanne for a neck, back and shoulder massage and also Bobbi for a deep tissue sports massage. Both massages removed the issue I had with my neck tension, especially the second one as this was more specifically targeted to my tension issue. Bobbi used a great technique with her elbow. Leanne and the manager also recommended a course which is helping me and saving me money. Thanks very much ladies, I would happily recommend massages here to family and friends.
