Literally the most unhelpful staff. Curt and clearly just don't want to deal with people at all. Buying a mars bar is an irritation to the staff. A pity as the coop staff opposite are super nice so another local business missing out....

Poor customer service and vindictive behaviour. Admitted having a parcel for 2 weeks after telling us on 3 occasions that it was not there. Refused to hand over a parcel because "we complained" and apparently accused them of stealing... We had not at that point. Told by the manager that they "can't trust any customers". Parcel clearly damaged upon receipt. Rude, dismissive and quite happy to talk down to you. On principal I would not use this shop again.

Went to do dhl parcel here, they couldn't do it despite it been advertised that they did. Went to the other little shop that did hermes, they were so helpful and lovely.

You need to check the dates on the products before you buy at alot off it is out off date and the fresh produce is not always fresh
