Disappointing. The building looks pleasant in the photos but in reality is very shabby and has definitely seen better days. The whole building had a smell of stale cigarette smoke, even though it must have been non-smoking for years. There was black mould in the bathroom. We had breakfast in the Beefeater next door which was surprisingly poor too - barely cooked bacon etc. On the plus side the staff were friendly, the beds comfy and the bedding crisp and clean. But overall an unpleasant experience.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful on arrival. They were able to book a table at the beefeater next door as we had been unable to online. |Room was clean and warm on arrival one disappointment was the view out of the window was a brick wall and a pitched roof and it made the room on the darker side. as we were only here for one night it didn’t matter much. |A special shout out to Dan the night staff who was very friendly,helpful and kind |Keeping me company when I went outside for a smoke in the middle of the night which made me feel safer

The room we were given was in need of an upgrade for sure, the bathroom absolutely stunk of damp , the back of the door had black damp pat he'd, the skirting was damp, the floor felt sticky but as it was a black floor you took your chance! No window and just a fan to clear steam..big notice on the door to keep it closed after using shower as steam affect the smoke alarm if left open!
The stink of damp was seeping into the room and pretty unpleasant .
On the good side, the staff were lovely especially the restaurant staff, food nice, plenty of choice .
Probably wouldn't choose this premier inn but heh it was a freebie stay!

Perfect position for walking into Arundel or driving out to other places. Lovely staff including those at the Beefeater restaurant next door.
Excellent room, good size & usual Premier Inn comfort.
Buildings outside themselves need a tidy & refresh. Fresh paint would improve how it looks.

Small hotel, outside needs a clean/paint but inside is much better. Great staff, very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and staff always available to help. Beefeater next door, very busy at breakfast but food was good. Had dinner the night before, great options and steak was very good. Thanks

First time at this hotel, wasn't looking the best from outside, but inside is very clean and was surprised. A great team, always happy and cheerful, quick check in and nothing was too much trouble. From Housekeepers to Reception, always pleasant.

Our hearts sank when we parked up to see the state of the outside of this hotel. Nothing ‘premier’ about it, it looked run down and neglected, more like a doss house - I thought at first it was closed.|Once inside it’s your usual no frills Premier Inn just like all the others but if we hadn’t already paid before arrival I honestly think we would have found somewhere less grubby to stay.

Clean and tidy, friendly greeting. Could do with a lick of paint outside, as a bit shabby, but the rooms are tidy and fit for purpose. No frills, but functional. ?
