We are regulars at different premier inns around the country, and this is the best one we have stayed. The room is new, clean and comfy, very quiet. The restaurant is somehow more tidy and clean than others, plus a bonus with a lovely river view. Breakfast was great, everything perfectly cooked and hot. Coffee machine was broken on both days we were there but other than that it's wonderful. Only down side is the lack of parking right outside the hotel, but there's a multistorey car park across the road. Overall we had a great long weekend here.

Hotel okay staff friendly. TV broken tried to fix it. Came back later to find no tv and no remote. They could of tried better. Breakfast was hot and to a good standard. The staff were friendly and communicated well. The room was clean please offer some decent pillows

Not bad, as described. The service was quite friendly and helpful. They always answered all the needs and questions asked. The room was clean, bed comfortable , towel and cups changed upon request. I didn't try the breakfast or the dinner, but I'm sure it was acceptable and reasonably priced, just a little more than the norm. I enjoyed five peaceful days of absolute relaxation, in and river view too good to reflect and start again while tasting your coffe. Excellent location in the centre, everything available and within walking distance of the shops and main attractions of Bedford.I apprecciate all,thank you.

got there and had no bedding on my bed so after i asked about it they decide to leave all the sheets unmade on my bed excepting me to do it my self. when making the bed i found a huge yellow piss stain on there so i had to get another one which i also had to make my self. no apologies from the staff or anything. food was all microwaved and very noticeable. would not recommend staying here only nice aspect is the river view

Wonderful location by the river. Immaculate room and facilities - everything appeared to be up to date and in good condition. The breakfast - awesome! The ingredients were superb quality and perfect - if Lorna cooks for you, you’ve struck gold!

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has a cinema (Vue) and Turkish restaurant (Olive Tree) next door, both of which I visited. Breakfast was good and staff always happy to help. Try and get a room with a decent river view.

This is a newer PI built on the banks of the river in central Bedford. Though it was dark when I looked out of the window, it was good to see a bit of a view. There are some restaurants nearby and a multi storey car park (£10.50/night) over the road. ||The room as ever was clean and had everything I needed. These days the tea and coffee provided in the room are of a cheaper and lesser quality but that’s a small gripe. ||Breakfast was not quite as good as I’ve known it. All the usual things were there but there were limited quantities, the fruit was still partly frozen and the hot buffet was not completely refreshed. ||Everything was perfectly adequate and I had a great night’s sleep but it was not quite as good as it could have been.

I loved this hotel, the room and location. A great place to stay for the beer festival this weekend.
It was very quiet, the bed was super comfy and had a nice view of the river from my window.

The only things I didn’t like was that on check in and checkout, the whole process didn’t involve any people/receptionists at all. I had to enter my own details and produce my own keycard. It wasn’t very personal at all and no late checkout was available at this hotel.
