We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with our children. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—especially to our daughter, which made her feel extra special. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep for all of us.||||Breakfast was a highlight for the kids—they absolutely loved it! We were also really impressed by how accommodating the staff were to my wife’s dietary needs. She has a dairy allergy, and the team made sure she had soya milk available for her tea in the room, which we really appreciated.||||The amenities were easily accessible and the hotel’s decor was modern and fresh throughout. Everything felt clean and well cared for. We highly recommend this hotel for families—it’s clear they go out of their way to make guests feel at home.

Great experience at this hotel, very clean rooms, restaurant is really nice, decent food and really good value. The staff at this hotel are super friendly and really go above and beyond. I am somewhat of an anxious traveller and always hate asking questions and feel awkward but staff here are so friendly and helpful. I had to wait around for a while for travel back home and staff were very accommodating and provided a late checkout. Thank you so much for an excellent stay

This is the best Premier Inn I have stayed in! I stay in hotels alot due to my work. Two things stand out as exceptional- the food is delicious and the breakfasts offer a lot of choice
But the real gem is the fantastic reception team. The team looked after me from the initial check in, to bar service and food. They helped me when I needed water and stuff carried to my room. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely, friendly and a total credit to Premier Inn. Thank you to Fern. Tia, Monica for the laughs and Mark the chef!

Previously I've rated this place, & the negative has been the restaurant. To describe it historically as hit & miss suggests there was a potential of 'hit'. There wasn't. So, with a high level of trepidation we booked the restaurant, as our daughter needed an appointment in the children's hospital, & we needed an overnight. The staff have always done their best, but lacked support & resources. The transformation has been fantastic & to relief to the hard working staff. We had a fantastic experience in the restaurant & the best part was our waitress,. Charlaine. Professional, inobtrusive, & attentive. A credit to the company. Along with the rest of the staff, it felt like we were staying with friends.

While the hotel itself is slightly older, what truly made our stay stand out was the incredible team of staff.||||From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The on-duty manager was especially brilliant—friendly, approachable, and fantastic with our child, which made a big difference to our stay. Every staff member we encountered was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they work well together and take pride in what they do.||||This team is the heart of the hotel, and their customer service made our trip to Birmingham extra special. We’ll definitely be returning—highly recommended!

Stayed here for a weekend trip—great value for money. The room was clean, comfy, and quiet, and the bed was surprisingly good. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. It's not super central, but it’s close enough to everything by taxi or short drive. Free parking was a big win. Would definitely stay again if I’m back in Birmingham.

Stayed for one night, when we checked in the receptionists on where really friendly and helpful. Dinner was lovely. Great prices and cocktails were 2 4 1.
Room was hot. Air con didn’t really go very low and with 4 people in room wasn’t great
Breakfast chef was not very good. Did not know any of his hot items that contained gluten which I think it really bad when your a chef and it was for an allergy not a choice. He was also quite rude when we asked for info.

Was very happy with this stay for a concert in town. Check in was a breeze and the rooms were immaculate as always from premier inn.

Nice modern and vibrant decoration on the ground floor with a cheeky bar tucked round the corner with a lounge area for meals/breakfast. Outside has a couple of picnic benches if you wish to sit outside and this hotel backs onto a canal which was a great spot for fishing the next day. Highly recommend!
