The service was amazing, staff are really friendly. Bedroom was amazing. Bed was super comfy. Great shower pressure. Bath was the best I've ever had. Breakfast was amazing highly recommend. The view was good. Easy to get too. Highly recommend the restaurant next door food is delicious.

It was a last minute booking for myself and a friend. We booked a standard twin/double room and had an amazing sleep. With a checkout time of 12pm wake up and breakfast wasn’t rushed, while checking out was quick and easy. Will definitely be booking again.

The breakfast helped to make my short stay perfect! Simon (I asked for his name) clearly takes pride in his work and I would urge anyone to sample the cooked breakfast. Vegetarian options available but I had the most perfectly cooked sausage, bacon, black pudding, fried egg, hash browns, beans and grilled tomato I’ve had since the last time I was here over a year ago when it was the same! All staff are excellent and attentive and the breakfast is going to make today a good day!

I stayed last weekend at this location. Amazing breakfast, and a nice room with very comfortable beds. |The service was brilliant and the staff couldn’t do anything more if they tried. |I asked for extra pillows, due to the fact I sleep with way more than u should 🤣|The girl on the desk gave me more and i had a great nights sleep. |Overall a great stay 🙂

Spacious bathroom |Friendly helpful reception staff |Great breakfast plenty of choice, really good poached eggs made to order. |Big free car park which is Great bonus, plus lovely pub next door for food which was really nice |Location of the hotel is good for all attractions

Great location for my needs. Rooms are typical Premier inn standard and bed was very comfortable. Noise from adjacent rooms and above rooms is apparent but this was due to children. Good night sleep anyways.

A great place to stay, if you are wanting some quiet make sure to ask for the top floor away from the stairs. I could hear the traffic from people in the corridor. The matress was so comfy, also many extra pillows so I didn't need to go downstairs. It was lovely and clean, no weird smells. The thermostat worked so I could get some warm rest. An enjoyable night of rest bite.

Amazing service!
I arrived late Friday night after a 3+ hour journey with my 2 children. I had booked the wrong date! A big shout out to the gentleman with pink hair, who, without a fuss changed my booking, found a room, checked it was all ok, and when the room was slightly more than I had already paid, gave us free breakfast as compensation.
What a star! Completely saved a potentially very stressful situation.
Please give this man a pat on the back for exemplary customer service.

We use this Blackpool hotel very regularly as dancers and it's always clean, convenient and great service.
