Excellent reception 'fine tuning' our needs. Due to a temporary mobility issue we were able to get a first floor room changed to a ground floor room. Car parking was also available opposite the entrance, making for a short trip with cases. The staff were all giving the impression that we were going to be well looked after. This applied to both the accomodation and the dining sides of the set up. This provided for a very 'chilled out' stay.

We stayed overnight as my partner and I was in the area. When we arrived we were greeted by a young lady called Lillie, very helpful and polite. She made us feel very welcome. It was so nice that we could relate to many things. I think it’s great the company is employing younger people. We booked a double standard room all beds was made neatly, carpets was clean, bathroom was spotless. We had a nice night to say it was Boston. We got food from the pub across the car park and went to see family, the accommodation was easy to exit and we got the idea of where everything was quickly with the help of the staff. The place was very quiet the odd sirens now and then but that’s expected being near a hospital. However, all in all was a great experience.

Lovely staff , car park needs resurfacing but plenty of parking. Family room nice and big but rooms too hot ! We had 1 fan and window only opened about 2 inches. We had a great breakfast in the Brewers Fayre - kids absolutely loved it . Would recommend

Great stay with amazing service from all here during my two month stay. We was here for a long period of time due to waiting on our house to be ready and nothing was ever too much for them. Gita was great and always helpful as were the rest of the team. ||Breakfast at the Brewers fayre was also very nice.||Thanks for a great stay.

Quiet and clean with a decent bed and good pressure in the shower. I enjoyed my stay with parking included
The breakfast buffet was good and the staff at the restaurant were helpful and cheerful. It does get really busy in the evening

Decent Premier Inn; nothing special but clean and comfortable beds. Very hot which did impair sleep as there is no air con- we had to sign a disclaimer to say we understood this. |The Brewers Fayre across the car park had decent food but was grubby, had miserable staff and long queues.|Did its job as a place to sleep but wouldn’t rush to return.

We regularly stay at premier inns as a family.||||Normally you know exactly what you are getting, and interact with helpful staff and have a clean room.||Sadly this was not our experience this stay.||||When we arrived there was no one on reception. We buzzed six times (leaving a patient gap between buzzing, I understand staff can be busy) before, after about 15 minutes a person came through the front door and let herself into the back and went behind the counter.||She was either far too unwell to be at work or intoxicated. ||She looked like she had just jumped out of bed from a deep sleep and struggled to function or make eye contact. There was little interaction but when I asked for 2 extra cups she seemed confused and took a long time to respond to my question. (But did find us extra cups)||At least 20 mins after arriving we finally had our room key and went to out room which was definitely not of the same high standard or cleanliness as normal.||Thick dust on the floor and in the bathroom room and a sharp broach was in the middle of the room suggesting the room hadn't even been hoovered.||||Id already read the reviews on the attached restaurant so we drive around the corner to the mill for truly delicious freshly cooked excellent value food. If staying here I recommend eating at the mill for dinner.||||I'd booked us breakfast at the brewers fayre.||The queue was long but eventually we were sat at the table. The coffee machine was out of order so there was no fresh coffee (and a massive queue for the hot water to make tea or instant coffee) and long queues for all the other breakfast stations too, which kept running out.||||Our room was noisy until the people on the room above finally decided to stop running around beyond midnight (not premier inns fault)||||If I were to stay here again I'd ask for a top floor room, but actually this is a premier inn I will definitely not return to and would not recommend.||||(I guess I've stayed at about 50 premier inns over the past 15 years ago this is the only one I wouldn't return to)||||I used the premier inn complaints system and was refunded half of the price of the price of my booking.
