Lovely Premier Inn with pleasant welcoming staff. Easy check-in/out great location for town centre and cathedral - adjoining cathedral gardens - the Manager (I think) seemed to be working constantly - the food stops after breakfast until dinner - however she rustled us up a quick lunch as our poor hot feet were aching after travel and shopping and we couldn’t face another trip back to town however close it was! Breakfast everything you need and the chef happy to crisp up the bacon and cook the sausages a bit more for a fussy diner, he also cooked poached eggs specially to perfection - it’s the little touches that make a difference. Room great, everything there and compact, iron/board, hair dryer - only negative is no lift so ensure you book a ground floor room if you struggle - all round great

Really lovely premier inn, it’s pretty new and the building is lovely. I wanted to stay in one of the slightly better rooms but sadly they were fully booked. We stayed on the first floor and the room was fine.
Not going to lie the fact you can’t open a window at all is a real annoyance as it makes the room smell so fusty and you can just tell it hasn’t been aired. The room has an old carpet bag / feet smell which comes from no airflow sadly can only be changed by opening a window.
The check in staff were very friendly, great car park with loads of space and perfectly located in bury. The room was a little scruffy as you could see additional bedding stuffed under the bed but it was one of the higher end premier inns and super quiet location

Brilliant location with parking within easy reach of everything you need in Bury.. Well equipped room and acceptabley clean although mirrors and ledges needed attention. With a fixed shower it would be good to have the option of a shower cap available somewhere in the building! Clean and comfortable bed and bedding. Most of the team were excellent apart from young lady who checked us in. Nobody explained we needed to ask for room clean and fresh towels and was told it's pointed out everywhere. This needs to be much more obvious . Breakfast is reasonable with plenty of choice.

Nice hotel, great location and modern on the inside. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Very happy with the service from reception. Scarlet and Julie really made me feel welcome and were so happy to help, they’re an asset to the business!

Lovely staff, clean room.||Air-conditioning in the room very noisy but staff provided us with a fan instead.||We had a Standard Room with the tiniest bathroom ever. You need to be a cortoursionist to get in the shower. The door was tiny and we had to open the bathroom door to dry ourselves due to lack of space.||Never experienced this before at a Premier Inn.

Usual Premier Inn fayre, no problems at all. Easy parking £5 a night, make sure you check your vehicle in as soon as you arrive and don't get caught out. EE and Vodafone signal is useless though inside the hotel. So if you need usable WiFi it'll be another £5 a night to Premier Inn. Lenny Henry must charge a fortune for those ads 🤣

Excellent location and friendly and courteous service by all staff. Unfortunately having paid for a higher class of room, the heating control wasn’t working at all. Unfortunately as I identified this just as I wanted to go to bed, I didn’t raise it with staff as I imagined the only fix was a room change. The free internet had patchy reception, but paid for was very good. Overall the room was clean and well presented/furnished.
