We booked at short notice. Standard good quality Premier Inn with quiet rooms. We wanted to leave a few words about the excellent welcome and service from the reception and breakfast teams.
Not a problem for us but be aware that there is a £3 parking charge.

My husband and I visited here for an overnight stay. We arrived around 2.15pm and were able to check in straight away. The receptionist was welcoming and informative. Our room was looking out onto the 24 hour petrol station which did keep us awake until around midnight with cars coming and going. Not a massive issue though. We had pre booked the evening meal, the food was lovely and the service was efficient and friendly. The breakfast was the usual premier inn standard. We would stay here again if we were ever in the area.

Booked three rooms, stayed here for a night for my dads and husbands birthday - we had been to the banger racing.

Check in was smooth, rooms were lovely / they’d even put a banner and some beers in my dads and husbands room!

The only down fall was the food - the evening we had booked a table for 6pm, but was told we couldn’t place our food order until 6.15 to ensure the chef didn’t feel overwhelmed- as can only put 6 orders through every so often - (I think it was 30 minutes) - the delay was the table before us had taken much longer to order.

The food came and wasn’t the best - ‘ping’ meal springs to mind.

Was ok to put head down - wouldn’t return.

Friendly and helpful staff. Food very good. Room clean . Only problem was room heating not working. Reported to member of staff who tried to reset but unfortunately did not fix. Give us an electric heater which did the job. Only complaint is if I have booked accommodation at the hotel why did I have to pay for parking. Bit of a cheek.

I went to the Premier Inn in Buxton with friends for breakfast. The service and breakfast Was great as usual. Such good value and always bringing fresh out. The man that works there Paul is so friendly and always makes you feel super welcome. Will be back soon!

A nice welcome on arrival. Easy check in. Plenty of parking space.|Room beautifully clean warm & comfortable. Staff very helpful.|Food excellent. Situated on the edge of town. So convenient for all local interests shops opera house park & much much more. A very enjoyable stay.

An absolutely fantastic experience from arrival to departure. All of the staff were exceptionally professional and also friendly, the Premier Plus room immaculate with all the facilities of a 4*, bed and pillows wonderfully comfortable and the icing on the cake was a great full English breakfast served hot (seldom found in other hotels) . Please keep this standard up! Other establishments need to learn from Premier Inns!!!

You always know what you're getting with a Premier Inn room. Spacious family room, clean and had everything we needed. Location is great if going to Buxton or planning a trek up Mamtor. Very good service and great breakfast. Parking is free, but was made aware parking fees will soon apply.
