My family visited me from abroad over the Festive Period and stayed at the Premier Inn at Camberley for a month. The manager and her staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Their customer service was excellent.

My mother is 80+ years old and she absolutely loved the room, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The heating worked well on those very cold nights. They also, stated they enjoyed the breakfast. When asked if they would like to stay there again, the answer was "YES". I would also like to say a BIG "Thank You" to the manager and her staff for looking after my family and making their holiday a very relaxing and enjoyable one.

Further, the location of the hotel is absolutely brilliant. It is walking distance to the shopping center cinema, restaurants and high street.

Comfy nights sleep. Found staff to be attentive and very polite, especiallly Raj working in the restaurant. Had a great breakfast as i always do here. Would recommend this hotel to freinds and colleagues. Keep up the good work, what more can I say.

Having stayed at the Premier Inn several times on business, I've always felt it was good value for money, the bed is comfortable and the rooms are spotlessly clean. However, on this occasion, the room rate was high for what it is, and the room was tired and dated and felt grubby with marks and stains on the walls / skirting boards in room and peeling paintwork in bathroom. The pillows are awful, should have brought my own. The breakfast was average, I noted another guest repeatedly asking for things as not topped up, have to queue for coffee machine when busy so consider having 2

We stay at Camberley Premier Inn regularly, on a Saturday night. The hotel is one of the better Premier Inns and we have never experienced a problem until our last stay a few days ago. No issues with the room itself which was clean, with the excellent bed and an amazing shower. The problem we encountered was with the service. The receptionist told us that we had 3 rooms booked and charged for, when in fact we had booked only 2 (for 3 people). She promised to look into it and to contact us in the room. This didn't happen so we went back to reception, to find that she'd left and her colleague who was now on duty had no idea about our situation. The colleague promised to message her and that we would be contacted. Nothing happened. We still have no idea what went wrong with the bookings - we do know that the website sometimes malfunctions and states that the booking didn't go ahead when in fact it does, so you have to be careful not to be charged twice. At the very least the receptionist shouldn't promise what they don't then deliver, ||and if they can't themselves address the issue they should pass it up the chain and inform the client. It was disappointingly poor service that marred our stay.

The rooms are comfortable but are very dated. There’s also no iron in the room, but this was available on request. Probably not the stress you’d want if you’d only realised this first thing in the morning, so I’m glad I checked the night before. The TV was also a little temperamental. Most importantly though, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

In the restaurant, the service was slow and inattentive, despite not being busy. The food was very good though, it’s just that we had to ask for menus twice, drinks were not fully available due to a staff member going home earlier in the day. The bar got the drink order incorrect twice and the menu is a duplicate of Beefeater’s, but at a much higher price.

Staff generally were friendly and helpful, although I suspected they were fairly new to the job. Although friendly, I just wish the staff were a little more attentive and proactive.

There’s no parking at the hotel.

Overall, I’d avoid staying at the hotel again, but it’s not a terrible hotel. It’s just incredibly average, and slightly below Premier Inn’s usual standard in my previous experience.

Excellent customer service. We arrived from Australia to find our travel agent had not paid for our accommodation at the Premier Inn. Maria, Morais, Rabina, Zama and Juliet all made our check in experience as smooth as possible. Thank you to the Premier Inn staff for all your kind assistance.

Cons: The rooms are NOT clean. The first we stayed in had a pungent smell of pee, and the bathroom wall had black mold all over, so we asked to be moved to another room, which also had black mold - just a bit less than the first. The heat didn’t work the second day we stayed so we cut our stay short. The rooms are dated.
Pro: lovely staff, great location next to malls and restaurants, parking available close by.

Was so unhappy with this premier Inn hotel.
The toilet seat was unusable and should be thrown in the bin, the room smelt damp and was freezing even with the extra heater. Staff were running bar and front desk, check in machine didn't work so had to wait to check in. There's no parking for the so that should not be a feature on the website as parking cost £12 for 24 hours.
Overall will definitely not be staying at this chain again.
