enjoyed our stay here
nice room very comfortable beds with very fluffy pillows.
staff were polite and very helpful.
parking is available at a cost of ten pounds a day.
breakfast was excellent although this was extra at 11 pounds.
for me the location was perfect, a sort walk to the Abbey Stadium.

There are not enough positive words to convey my appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by the excellent staff. Tony, Harry, and Kim were the best hotel staff I have ever experienced in my 40 years of international travel. They were highly efficient, unusually helpful, and always exceeded my expectations in the friendliness department. I hope that the management will recognize these extraordinary staff members and their teammates!! Heck, they even took time to thank me for my engagement with them.

I checked in on a cold night and there was no one at reception.Only 1 front of house staff member running the bar and restaurant and attending to check in.|Very nice guy sorted me out and gave me my key card that operates the lift and gives access to the floor hallway and room.|I had lasagna and a beer for dinner and a cup of tea Cost me £22. Lasagna was very creamy and moist nice side salad that had red peppers in that I don't like but not onion. I was asked if I had allergies. |After dinner I tried to use my card to get maltesers from the vending machine that didn't work and I tried putting a £ in and the machine took it but didn't register the credit and there was no button to get my pound back. |I found the TV okay. Only problem is the volume is locked on 15 maximum I suppose to stop noise complaints but I m hard of hearing.Theres basic channels on it|Room was large and airy and warm with a big window and the bed was a double with a firm mattress which I like. There were only two thin pillows I would have preferred 2 pillows per side. |The room has tea and a kettle and a hair dryer and a plug next to the bed and other points around the room |The curtains shut out the outside light and the hotel was very quiet which is a plus |The bathroom has a shower over bath I found the extraction fan very noisy |Lots of hot water and bathroom is a good size. Bath is slightly high and no grab rail so someone with mobility issues may have a problem. Shower soap in a dispenser.|Towels nice and soft but dry well. Again everything clean and well presented |At breakfast I paid £10.99 for a buffet style full English. Selection of juices fruit cereals jams etc Every thing nicely displayed and area relaxed and chilled.I loved the music which deep house chill lounge music.Seatimg is mismatched and shows wear but that's character and doesn't take away from the comfort.Great ambience. Again only 1 person front of house serving and clearing and taking orders etc. |Lobby and lounge of the hotel airy and large and clean through out |I found a screwdriver bit under my desk in my room which I gave to the front of house guy. After breakfast I was unable to get back in my room so I had to go down again and get the card recharged.The manager said mobile phones can wipe the magnetic strip in the card. |I'm very happy.I paid £56 for the room |That's cheaper than some hostels|Thank you

After a long 4 hours in the car we arrived super tired and was greeted by Tony on reception who was just lovely, super friendly and got us sorted and into our room fast. The room was tidy and more importantly warm. Amenities were all wonderful and the whole of the premier was super clean and warm and breakfast was perfect. Thank you to all the staff and most importantly Toby who was super helpful and lovely as I was rather anxious when we arrived and he instantly put me at ease and was always smiling and polite.

Nice hotel, quiet and clean. Rooms are fairly standard for a premier - well equipped and everything worked as designed. Good location with ample parking. Food was ok but nothing special. Tony on reception was lovely - very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again

Good value for money. The meal deal made the choice for dinner and breakfast easy. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Anjum the evening shift guy was one of them. The location is off the city centre in exchange the hotel provides a spacious carpark within the its premises and within walking distance of Tesco.

Fantastic place |Breakfast was nice, children enjoyed a free breakfast with purchased with adult meal. Easy check in. Tony was very welcoming on reception on arrival, then was multitasking and a friendly barman pouring our cocktails. Nice atmosphere also. A nice experience to stay in Cambridge.
