She always wears a smile no matter how her day is going and takes the time to listen to us as customers. This level of care is very rare these days! Have been coming here for the last 15-20 years from Ireland. |Always find the staff very welcoming, and very friendly but in a professional manner. Rooms are always spotlessly clean and the beds are super comfortable. |A big shout out to Carol, Nina and Jade who always make us feel very welcome! ||I would say though the bathrooms are starting to look a bit old and shabby and a refurb wouldn't go a miss.

Standard size room, all looking somewhat tired… decor, furniture and fittings, bathroom to carpet in room complete with staining! Air conditioning noisy as was the bathroom fan and requiring clean. |Staff friendly and helpful and appreciate they are working with facilities that need refurbishment. |Brewers fayre for meal and refreshment after long drive… unless booked, seating is in pub side! Dirty sticky tables and seating, completely getting order wrong just rounded up to a less than satisfactory stay.

I stayed here for a night while working nearby and was very pleased with the clean and comfortable room. I want to say a big thank you to Emily on reception who greeted me with enthusiasm and a big smile and made me feel very welcome. Easy 5-star review and I would recommend staying here.

We stayed at this Premier Inn as it is near to where the relative we were visiting lived. Overall we were very happy. The staff member on duty when we checked in was warm, friendly, and welcoming. A problem we had with the settings on the TV was quickly resolved. Lovely big room and accessible washroom. The bed height was rather low for a disabled person. The toilet flush was difficult to operate. A large lever would be more appropriate. The paved path to the reception was difficult to negotiate with the wheelchair. A smooth tarmac surface would be better.. Although there are dedicated disabled parking bays, they are on a slope, which made tranfer from and to the car more difficult than a level surface. We didn't use the facilities in the restaurant, so we can not comment on that aspect. We will certainly stay here again.
