Really warm welcome from lovely receptionist Sarah. Room was very comfortable we were especially grateful for the air conditioning as it was boiling hot out! Great location walking distance to the marina. We slept very well and enjoyed a good breakfast. Les the chef and Joanne manager were both super friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we wanted. Definitely one to return to!

Excellent service during our stay at the hotel.||We recently stayed at this Premier Inn, located just a short drive from the centre of Rochester. The hotel enjoys a convenient location, close to a range of local amenities. For families travelling with young children, there is a small play area situated approximately two minutes’ walk from the property, which is a thoughtful addition. An Asda supermarket nearby also proved useful for any day-to-day needs.||As with previous stays at Premier Inn's up and down the country, we were impressed by the consistently high standard of accessibility. The facilities for wheelchair users are thoughtfully designed. ||The staff were helpful and professional. Thank you to Callum and Sarah -they were both exceptionally helpful.||Breakfast offered very good value for money, . Although we chose to dine out in the evenings with family during this visit, on previous occasions we found the evening meals to be of a similarly standard and reasonably priced.||We'd be happy to stay there again in future.

We stayed here for a work wedding and it was amazing. The staff was amazing was so happy with the service and so unbelievably lovely, they made our stay! The food was good too a lot of selection. One women in particular we didn’t catch her name we think it might be Sarah. Blondie women with false eyelashes and small late 30 early 40. She was so welcoming and chatted to us for a while. The premier inn plus rooms were great and clean. Was the best one around the area to be honest. Thank you for an amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay at this Premier Inn in Chatham, and would like to acknowledge the wonderful staff that work here. Sarah dealt with a difficult situation involving a vulnerable adult, and handled it with sensitivity and empathy, doing a tremendous job in immediately defusing the situation so it didn’t affect other guests. Well done to Louis as well for keeping the restaurant running during this time. Sarah is a credit to herself and Premier Inn, as well as all the staff that work here. Thank you very much!

I was really impressed by the constant customer care that was provided by an individual employee named Sarah. All though she wasn't completely alone she was very busy all day and I never seen someone manage to stay calm and not let the constant stress of all the things she was trying to get done break her down especially with the weather being so hot making it difficult to be productive for the rest of us that weren't working and having to put others needs before there own. Honestly, it would be nice to see that Sarah and the rest of the team are shown how they are appreciated for the work they do.

We stayed here for 1|night en route to visiting relatives. |The welcome was warm & friendly. |The room was as expected of a Premier Inn - clean & comfortable & the bed was lovely. |We had a meal deal - for £30 each we got a 2 course meal, a glass of alcohol or soft drink & full English breakfast. |Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly & helpful. |We’d stay again.

What can I say, the hotel was better than expected, clean and felt modern. Food was enjoyable with a good choice, but best of all the staff. Sarah (manager) was brilliant, attentive and very friendly. Les was also friendly sharing my passion. Motorbikes. See you soon.

Im not a guest at the hotel but I am currently eating breakfast in the restaurant.
the restaurant is spotless, the food is really good quality and the staff are extremely welcoming, bubbly and friendly.
The lady in the kitchen is cooking to order she done an amazing job with the breakfast! Food is lovely.
The manager that is here makes you feel like you've just walked into a friend's house for dinner.
What a lovely team and establishment! I'd deffo recommend.
