Rooms are a bit dated. I booked a twin room which ended up a family room. One small double bed and a couch bed. Not ideal. The toilet pan was badly stained. Looked unclean, but I tried to clean it myself, it was definitely stained.

Breakfast was decent, but service very slow. It was busy though.

Happy to stay again for a short stay but rooms definitely not what you see in the adverts.

Really well located for our trip to Goodwood early the next morning. Plenty to do in the immediate vicinity in terms of food and entertainment. Probably should have been a 3/4 star review as TV remote was missing, key card entry failed to work twice, its an older property and could probably do with some refurb/tlc, but it was all dealt with so well and with such good humor by Lauren on reception that she turned it around by herself. Only stayed one night, but Lauren managed to make each customer feel like she was there to look after them alone. To be fair all the other staff were great too.

I am a total convert to Premier Inn. My Wife and I stayed last night 3rd October, I wasn’t expecting to much but what a great experience, the room (Premier plus) was spacious, clean mini fridge and a very comfortable bed . However the real surprise was the quality and quality of the food at dinner and breakfast. A meal deal , 2 courses a glass of decent wine and unlimited freshly cooked breakfast for £54 amazing. All the staff I met were very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. I stayed last week in a 5 star hotel in London which awful compared to the Premier inn Chichester . Well done Premier inn

The staff were terrific - friendly and hard-working. It’s an older property - but clean and decent facilities. It is a Premier Inn - it doesn’t pretend to be a 5star but it certainly does the job if all you want is a clean, comfortable room with decent food and drink available. The baths are high which might be a problem for some. ||It is 5 minute easy walk to the centre of the town - and a few minutes from the railway and bus stations. It’s on the edge of a developing industrial estate with fast food restaurants close by - along with bowling and a gym. I was there on a week day and had no issues - but from reading reviews it might be noisier on weekends ||It’s off the Ring Road so you done need to drive through the town to get to it!

We travelled to attend a family wedding & chosen his hotel because it was close to the venue.||We have stayed in several Premier Inns & this also lived up to expectations. Plenty of space in the rooms,very comfortable & quiet. The restaurant was welcoming & great for both an evening meal & cooked breakfasts.||I would not hesitate in booking this hotel again.

I booked a Premier Plus room. It was recently Refurbished and nice! The Air Conditioner worked well!!

We booked a meal deal package. Dinner; the food was Tasty!!

Breakfast was Utterly Disappointing and HORRIBLE!! It's make to order, hence takes a considerable amount of time, Especially if you are in a Hurry to Participate in a Trackday at Goodwood, like I was!

Skipped Breakfast to have a Lie-in on Second day. I find it Stupid that you need to ask about Late Check-out first thing in the morning!! Which means that you cannot have a Lie-in!!

Noisy hotel - kept awake most nights.
Paid extra for "ultimate" internet that was supposed to be x8 faster and couldn't even send an email with out it constantly dropping out - couldn't even load the speedtest website when I got frustrated with it...
Poor quality breakfast with most juices empty and all baked goods running low / empty.

Would definitely go elsewhere in future.

Note - We've stayed in lots of Premier Inns, so don't have an issue with the brand, but this location is to be avoided.

Not the easiest to find but got there eventually. I had a plus room which had a very comfortable armchair with good lighting, plus a fridge. Shower good, bed fine.|A continental breakfast was extra but worth it. Nothing more to say but need ten more characters!
