Great hotel, conveniently located for Cotes and surrounding area. I stayed in Premier plus room. The bed was super comfy and the room was very spacious! Large tv, coffee and tea, iron and ironing board were very much appreciated. Good clean bathroom with pleasantly scented body wash. Love soft pillow and crisp white bed linen. Good free parking and quick and convenient check in. friendly staff. The only problem was that restaurant was closed so complementary breakfast in the reception was very poor (choc pastry and apples).

Great location, which was within walking distance to the town centre with a full spread of local amenities.
The room was as expected.
The only issue was they allowed guests to book in, but there was a very (very) Limited menu in offer due to closing the day I visited. In my opinion, I should not have taken my meal deal when booking.
Breakfast. Was not happy. Paid for full breakfast but was only able to get a continental. Only advised on arrival at breakfast.
Let's see if I get a refund.
Other that food issues. Was pleasantly surprised. Great room and service from all staff.

On paper, it's yet another premier inn.
Despite my issues, the staff here are some of the best i have experienced. They are fantastic. But the windows are completely sealed and there is no air con. In recent heat it's unbearable. Staff were amazing to put together a fresh out of the box table fan for me, but they shouldn't have to. Completely unacceptable on your customers and staff to have that as your solution to cooling. All rooms should have a fan, if you are sealing windows completely, and staff should need to assemble it especially. Not what I expect from a mid tier hotel chain, might as well save my money and go travelodge as then I am not disappointed

Stayed here in a downstairs room behind reception for a couple of days. Despite the closeness of the main roads we couldn’t here any traffic noise from our room and had a good nights sleep. The hotel itself is a pretty standard PI. It could do with a bit of TLC and why we were there building work going on so the onsite restaurant wasn’t open. We had been told this at time of booking. The car park is free which made a change

The room was clean and comfortable. There was lots of parking and it was very easy to access local highways. It was a short walk from an Aldi for groceries. While we were there, the restaurant was under construction so we walked into Cirencester for dinner. The walk was interesting enough that we never minded it.

Bed was really comfy BUT the room was very stuffy and the air conditioner wouldn't go down in temperature and the fan didn'twork either. Shower was barely warm enough and only 2 tea bags. No fridge. Only 2 pillows. No flannels. Not informed at time of booking by phone that there was currently no restaurant for breakfast or dinner. Definitely too expensive for what was provided. We should not have had to pay full price.

Terrible place, firstly they were building in the hotel and there was no kitchen or restaurant, so no food, not only no food, but they wouldn't let me use the coffee machine as it "was only for the mornings". The room was OK, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was rubbish, really low pressure. The air conditioning didn't work, so I spent the whole night sweating (it was 32°this day) on top of all that, they charged £140 for the night, the same rate as if they had breakfast and coffee and stuff that worked.
Won't be using this company again that's for sure.

Pretty typical Premier Inn. As expected. Ample car parking space. Booked family room with 11 and 13 year old. It’s been a warm spring so appreciated the air con in the room. Restaurant was shut however free continental was available in reception however we preferred The Cafe at Tesco just next door which was a good if not better replacement. No disruptions experienced during our stay because of the renovations. Would recommend staying here if visiting Cotswolds.
