A very nice and clean room. The beds are always comfy and the bedding is always soft and clean. The staff are amazing, welcoming, friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are ok. They treat each guest like you are special every time you turn up.

Scarlett Rose was sooo helpful. Such a delight when walking through the door. Professional. Efficient and helpful. I wish all receptionists were like her in attitude and kindness. A real gem of a person. Room and meal were very good. |I stayed here for one night only and had a lovely room. Bath was wonderful.

Friendly staff, understanding of my disability needs, the only thing is they didn't have any rooms with showers left, so ended up washing in the wash basin.
Room was very clean and tidy.
The bed was too high up for me I am on 4ft 11 but once I was able to get into bed absolutely comfortable.
Cause I only stayed one night I didn't get to try the food.
Disability parking available close to entrance of hotel.

Staff here are lovely, Lauren was so helpful when I had left my charger at home! Comfy beds, easy check in and check out. Good breakfast too. Room could have done with a lick of paint otherwise was fine

Excellent hotel and restaurant. Very lovely staff always polite, friendly, helpful, very welcoming. Have a great night sleep and food in the restaurant is excellent breakfast, lunch or dinner. Would be happy to stay there again. Made our trip so much easier.

Usually one of the better Premier Inns in the UK, but has started to go downhill recently. Rooms are the usual good standard and the staff are friendly and helpful, if sometimes inexperienced.
However, the overpowering stench of weed outside the main doorway every evening, giving me a nasty taste in my throat for half an hour, just sums up what the area must be like for the poor residents.

A lovely stay the beds were nice and comfy, room was clean and the breakfast was really great. The free parking was a bonus and there was plenty of alternative eating venues within walking distance if needed. Highly recommend would stay again

Stayed at this place for a second time and was disappointed this time round. The room was not quite as clean as it could be and looked a little jaded. The main problem lay with the attached pub restaurant which is no longer run by Brewers fayre and it showed. Restricted opening hours now only open for breakfast 7am to 11 am evening time bar from 5pm meals 6pm. Reduced menu and the distinct lack of staff is quite obvious expecting one member of staff to run the bar take orders serve food and deal with any other eventuality is terrible. customer experience is dreadful . I have to say all the staff where super friendly and work very very hard but in my opinion this place is going down hill rapidly it seems that tourists are not their priority but more geared to contractors. My advice give this place a miss
