I am currently here for the foreseeable and I can not fault this hotel and staff! Especially the site manager Alison who goes above and beyond to help and advise any way possible. Caters for our needs any way possible. I have never felt safe, wanted, understood and worthy as I do now ! The confidence these staff members Instilled in me is more than any other hotel I have stayed at whether it be leisure or for current reason! I felt so alone, no self worth and isolated until I was placed here. I show respect and earn it back! The staff members who need recognition are ANNA, Drew, Julie (cleaner) who works damn hard as do they all including Megan who is a diamond! The list could go on ie Susan, sue and Sidney! Basically them all then ? I have not got a negative word to say about any of the staff||However Anna needs recognised for her patience and professionalism, considering the short time she has been a staff member she remains calm, collective and patient! she is an absolute star! ||… as they all are mentioned above|I can not fault the good job Alison does and what I thrive on is boundaries and that she absolutely has! She shows interest in whether customers have any issues and positive criticism she welcomes too! How she ensures all customers are having and/or have had a comfortable happy stay! I love her!

The free Wifi advertised didn't exist. No hot water at the sink. Very limited tea/coffee in the room and the "Hot" breakfast was cold. Called customer relations and they told me that the wifi is free so no compensation can be offered. From the start she had no interest in helping. Nothing in this life is free, it's included in the price. If you advertise that it is available, it should be available. They told me at reception that they had a problem with it and it's Virgin's fault and they were changing.

We chose Corby premier inn mainly due to location from adrenaline alley and staying at this site before, staff are always friendly welcoming (Alison Andrew Anna) and team in the restaurant are also lovely sorry couldn’t remember names but there was a lady in the restaurant on sat 5th whose worked for the company for quite a while and we’ve seen her in all our stays always lovely time for a chat great at up selling puddings not that my other half took lots of persuading lol. On early arrival after travelling from Cornwall my partner felt unwell and Alison and housekeeping team got us into the hotel very promptly. Andrew and Anna on the desk were also lovely and have time for all the guests. ||Thanks again for such a great weekend, hope to see you all again soon

Comfortable bed , rooms are clean and the beefeater serves some good , staff are friendly and always there to help , good hotel

Hotel rooms were fine. ||Reception service was terrible really terrible. ||One booking and the 2 rooms were on separate floors after stating we would like to be together on initial booking. ||No care to move us on arrival even though the hotel wasn't nearly full when we got there.

Standard Premier Inn. Staff fine. Outside is looking a bit tired as does inside.||McDonald's, morrisons daily, petrol station, Costa, domino's within a stones throw.||My stay included breakfast and meal at the beefeater. Breakfast ok but limited menu for mains and mains only average.

Staff were all really lovely, however, the room smelled of damp and the furniture was clearly very old and really worn. We didn't eat here and only came back to sleep for 2 nights, so can't comment on anything else. Overall it was OK.
