We came here a year ago for a concert. The customer service was brilliant then, with Jack (sounds like he is still doing the business here too) and we've come back again, and this time Sam and his colleague were superb, at Reception and during dinner service. Very friendly and accommodating, we felt valued as guests. The family rooms have been refurbished since last year? Very happy with our stay here.
We will be back again for a third visit very soon.

Overall we had a good stay here, and we'd stay here again. It's well located, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it's comfortable.

We had to be moved to a different room due to issues with room. The hotel was full so we were moved the next day, but the second room had cleanliness issues, which they rectified. The promised partial refund did not occur. The "good night guarantee" has little value because the process you have to go through makes it difficult to claim.

We had a big room on the 5th floor. The kids especially enjoyed the view from the window. I liked that everything was modern and clean, the bed was quite comfortable and the shower was good. Breakfast was fine and good value to have the kids eating for free. In this Premier Inn they took orders at the table for cooked breakfast which meant everything was hot and fresh.||Obviously it's more convenient and cheaper to have hotel parking but it worked fine using the multistorey car park, and it was very close. It's cheaper to download the NCP app before entering the car park and you then scan a QR code in the app to enter. You get 15 minutes parking outside the hotel to check in and unload luggage, so you've got to be quick.

Great location, easily walkable into town. It's right next to a couple of restaurants if you wanted to eat outside of the hotel, or walk into town for more options. ||||The room was recently refurbished and was lovely and clean. The bath had been replaced with a large walk-in shower, which is great if you're a shower person...but some may miss the bath! ||||The beds and pillows were lovely and comfy. ||||The staff were excellent, especially Jack (I think)...he really took the time go get to know his guests and was very chatty and incredibly thoughtful. He even gave it a go solving my son's many Rubik's cubes.||||Breakfast was nice, with hot food being ordered off the menu, and pastries/cereals etc being offered as a buffet. Good timings too. ||||Would definitely stay here again.

Free upgrade room which was appreciated. Lots of power sockets large room comfy bed. Ideal location in centre of town. Staff all very friendly and breakfast great value. For new Year's Eve price was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay. I really like the new design on rooms with the showers with good water pressure! Great staff and parking in a secure multi storey was perfect. WiFi is below average but for free it just about worked

After its recent refurbishment the hotel provided excellent accommodation for our 2 night stay. The rooms have been upgraded including a "walk in" shower replacing the bath which could be difficult to manage. Also the lifts have been improved with clearer & much better signage. The bar & reception continue to provide top quality customer service. Thanks to all for making our stay so enjoyable.

Lovely stay at coventry city centre premier inn. Room appeared modern and tidy, with all necessary amenities. Reception staff, Jack, was very helpful and friendly. He made a fuss of the kids getting them colouring and letting them know he would put it up of the wall (which he did, to their delight). He also arranged for us to have an early breakfast before it should open as we had to leave very early. This all added to making our stay amazing. Thank you!
