This is a great value option for those looking for a base in the city. We enjoyed a 2 night stay with ample parking, great value meal deal including dinner & breakfast and super friendly and efficient staff. We would not even need to consider an alternative hotel next time we are visiting Coventry. Premier Inn always offer a base standard level which is good. Clean facilities, a comfy bed and central locations. They seem to have streamlined the offering so you don't get things like Shampoo & Conditioner, tissues, hot chocolate or biscuits, but I'd rather take the bits I need from home and keep the prices of the rooms low! On the first night there was very low occupancy and so I was pleased to see the commitment to sustainability and the switch from buffet to plated breakfast service, cooked to order. This really shows they are concerned about waste. However it was a shame there weren't any pastries. Overall a great stay, brilliant value and we will be booking our other UK stays through the year with Premier Inn. Recommended.

Great location, close to shops and city center.
Everytime I’m here staff have always been friendly and most of the time helpful- but that’s when you can find them. Often never anyone on the desk and I’ve waited over half a hour before for someone to come to the desk after ringing the buzzer.
Currently I think they are accommodating the homeless in the hotel. I’ve seen a fair few people walking around with a beer in their hand, coughing up spit, stumbling over the place in the hotel restaurant. Not a good look for the reputation of the hotel at all.
I’m a paying guest and it would be nice to use the restaurant but for this reason I haven’t.
Also in the bathroom it mentions about asking staff if I require a bath Mat. I have limited mobility so I can easily slip, I went downstairs to ask.. and a member of staff said they didn’t know what a bath mat was….

Positives: ||Large room, double and single beds|Clean|Good shower||Negatives:||Poor soundproofing (loud coughing and phone conversation from adjoining room next door)|Bathroom quite small||It's a not very attractive 15min walk from the city centre (Belgrade Plaza PI is closer). Breakfast is still a very good deal (self-service from a buffet with eggs cooked to order). Overall, at £43 the night when we stayed, there's not a lot to complain about.

Great hotel with good food links. Clean rooms, great breakfast, chef is awesome when asking for additional items not laid out. Always says yes with a smile

Didn't spend too much time in room. Good location, close to station and centre. However, room clean and comfortable, great shower. Bed comfortable. Fairly quiet. Windows a little dirty and some exteral panes broken, possibly difficult to repair due to type of building. TV remote batteries failed, but fairly quickly resolved. Also had to request decaffeinated drink sachets and provide with plenty at reveption. All staff extremely friendly, but as other reviews have said, sometimes difficult to locate the staff with their multiple roles. Restaurant closed in evening, presumably due to lack of bookings, but breakfast busier. Hot food not buffet, but staff happy to order as much as required. Some items, such as fresh fruit berry mix not automatically replenished. Overall a good stay, would happily return.

Had a premier plus room for work, it was a really nice room, probably one of the nicest rooms I've had with a coffee machine and mini fridge. Only negative was I had two sparkling waters, but someone else may have loved that. Very clean. Bar was expensive for drinks and didn't eat there. Breakfast was buffet but you know what you get with Premier Inn. Parking was multistorey nextdoor £5 for 24 hours.

From checking in, to checking out. This was a faultless stay. Alex the Manager was great and made sure we was happy at all times. The evening meal deal was great, Breakfast was Great, and also the barman Gonzales was very helpful and polite. Can not fault this , and will stay again without fail.

We stayed here for one night in Oct 24. We’ve stayed at many Premier Inns, and the room in this one , was one of the best we have stayed in . Recently renovated to a high standard . The building itself is very impressive, a renovated technical college . Breakfast was cooked to order , and was lovely and fresh . Staff all friendly. Good location , being just under 10 minutes walk to the city centre. £5 car park next door was handy too . Highly recommended.
