Warmly welcomed by staff. Managed to find us the type of room that we had originally booked without any fuss and without compromising another guest (somehow we have been charged for a requested twin but were allocated a double). Hotel was clean and warm. Beds were comfortable. Chef and serving staff in the hotel were so welcoming and friendly and fun. Fire alarm went off during breakfast and the staff calmly evacuated all of the hotel with clear instructions. Parking was easy.

Great place to stay. All staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is cooked fresh by chef Anna who is jolly and very welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. Scrambled Eggs are all cooked from fresh eggs and cooked to demand. Our home from home. Kitchen and breakfast room is opposite room 1 but you do not hear the noise. Would highly recommend staying here.

We arrived on the thursday for a 3 night stay. We often use this hotel as it is near the venue we all meet up at on the saturday night. This time the hotel was absolutely fully booked with people attending several different tournaments and us lot with our Halloween social event. |On arrival we were greeted at the reception by a very efficient polite and helpful lady i cannot remember her name our rooms were very clean and smelt lovely. extra towels had been askied for and were promptly bought to our door. The next morning we went into breakfast and the resturant was totally full. As soon as we arrived we were greeted and shown to a clean table and a polite explaination that they were quite busy so we may have to wait a little for freshly cooked eggs etc. There was in fact very little wait for anything. The excellent chef Rosie was really on the ball keeping up with every individual requests remembering who they were for and deliveing them to each table as they were ready. The only other member of staff on duty was Caroline and she never stopped clearing tables and cleaning them re-laying for next customers topping up anything that needed to be on the food bar, all with a smile and cheerful banter when people arrived and when they left also checking that those still at tables had all they required. I have never seen a small team of 2 work so quickly and efficiently together ever before under so much pressure. They were more than excellent Simon was on reception and came in to check they were ok. was good to see the whole team at this hotel helping each other. We didnt make breakfast on the sunday morning ( no explaination needed there ) Monday morning in the resturant was a little quieter but the service and food was excellent. Jackie was working with Rosie and once again all was funning smoothly like a well oiled cog. Cannot reccomend this hotel enough,

We stayed for two nights on 01st & 2nd November as we were attending Rubiks Cube National Competition at Coventry Arena. Our room was very clean. At Breakfast, Jackie on Saturday, Caroline on Sunday, both welcomed and greeted us with their lovely smile and very friendly. Rosie in the kitchen was so lovely and we were welcomed and she made sure that we are enjoying our food and drinks on both days. I have stayed at Premier Inn in the UK in the several locations, but I would say that your kitchen/breakfast team are the best! Food was lovely and coffee too 🙂 I would definately stay at this Premier Inn again. Thank you so much.

Convenient parking with plenty of spaces and it was free parking also, easy and quick check in, one of the comfiest mattresses I’ve slept on, lovely pillows and duvet and really dark black out curtains so was nice to wake up! Nice and spacious room for what I needed and had everything I required, nice size bathroom also with a nice shower! Couldn’t fault my stay on NYE

I stayed at the Premier Inn A46 Binley from 7th December 2024 to 9th December 2024. I arrived late Saturday night and was told immediately I hadn't paid and that a card payment was due. I asked if the card details I used to reserve the booking could be used as my purse was packed away in my luggage and I was told NO. Luckily my partner had his wallet to hand. The room was exceptionally clean however the bed was so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on bricks. The walls are very thin, meaning I could hear everyone walking past the room, I could hear neighbours talking and coughing and TV noise from other rooms. My partner and I had discussed cutting our trip short to go home as we had both had such a terrible nights sleep however we decided to persevere for the last night. At 4:50AM Sunday Morning, the fire alarm started going off. We left the room and went outside to the car park where there was one extremely abrupt and rude member of staff shouting "THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN PEOPLE SMOKE IN THE ROOMS" - The lady was trying to switch the fire alarm off. There was no organisation or process in place to keep people away or have them re-enter the building. We were not specifically told to go back in she just opened the door and went back to the desk, we along with others were left outside and then took it upon ourselves to find out if we could go back in. We could not wait to leave the hotel. The weekend was tarnished with lack of sleep and uncomfortable beds. I would not recommend.

I had an excellent overnight stay on 16/10/2024. The staff was welcoming, the room was spotless, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. I had a great night's sleep, thanks to the incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Thank you, Premier Inn Coventry East!
