Nice hotel in a good location close to Crewe. Rooms are clean and tidy and the food is nice and good value.
The staff are helpful and friendly, especially Angela who went above and beyond several times throughout our time here to make our stay more comfortable, she is an asset to Premier Inn.

Stayed here for 2 nights after they found asbestos in my flat. Staff couldn't be more lovely and accommodating, always there to greet you and will deal with any complaints you have. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy and the shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. Would definitely stay here again

All the comforts of the premier inn but a more spacious room. But what makes the difference is the staff. The lady who booked us in and who waved farewell to us was delightful and very helpful. They had a good sized car park and the old farm pond. Well placed for our visit to family I. Crewe

Great location for where we were going. Very poor water pressure for shower and taps. Fairly clean but bathroom could do with an update. Also foam some reason the kettle is permanently fixed by the make up mirror, not the best place with ample room on the other side.

Proved to be a nice quiet hotel location.||Saturday Night stay - Book Restaurant early to avoid issues. ||Perfectly nice comfortable stay up to usual Premier Inn standards. ||Excellent breakfast - buffet version but cooking staff visible and available for immediate special orders - i.e. Poached Eggs. Some issues on replenishment of Bread etc - but it was a busy half-term Sunday Breakfast with a full hotel! ||Usual friendly staff, always helpful and obliging.

The room was good. The bed was comfy. The double glazed window was so ill fitting that we might as well have left it open. Any noise from outside came straight into the room. The breakfast was good and the staff were all very friendly, but a better night's sleep would have been had if the windows had been better.

The room was basic. It needs more plug sockets as there wasnt one on either side of the bed, and the shower curtain was stained. Other than that, staff were friendly, the bed was comfy and it was a good base for what we needed. Food as always was good from the beefeater.
