Stayed here with my husband who has never stayed in a premier inn before and he loved the mattress and pillows and now wants them at home. The staff were really friendly and the manager went above and beyond. The room was really clean and spacious. We booked breakfast with our stay which you have at the restaurant next door to the hotel it was really nice and great value for money. Would definitely recommend staying here and will also be staying again

The room was massive, a great size for a family of 5 (mum, dad, two toddlers, and a baby). ||||The breakfast was delicious, and the waitress was super nice, smiley, and helpful.||||The reception team was very friendly too. ||||They have two vending machines for late night snacks and drinks in reception.||||The parking is free and VERY close to the hotel even though its a public car park. ||||Rooms could have been a bit cleaner and bathroom needs an upgrade but beds were super comfy.||||All in all a great hotel and we will definitely be back.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Brooke. Me and my son were stranded and had no where to go at 3am. All other hotels claimed they had no availability but Brooke was more than happy enough to give us a room and make the single bed up. She welcomed us with a smile and was very lovely. Such a sweet girl, she restores our faith that there are kind people in the world. The room was very clean and beds were so comfortable (pillows especially). Such a fabulous hotel!!

Everything was lovely about the stay. Requirements were met especially as we booked an accessible room. Room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. ||||Facilities were really close to the hotel and within a short walk. Plenty of food choices around the hotel. As well as central to our weekend activities.

Quick and easy check in. Greeted by the lovely Brooke, she was very sweet and polite and her kindness doesn't go unnoticed you can tell she is really good & passionate about her job. The rooms were in immaculate condition, very clean and tidy. Breakfast next door in the restaurant was also very nice.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Well maintained and really comfy beds. Hotel receptionist Brooke was very helpful when checking in and if anything was needed during the stay. Hotel is in good location to shops and Outlet centre just down the road.
