Room was clean, tidy, quiet and odour-free! Price per night was very reasonable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were even greeted with chocolates in reception from one of the staff. Arrived early in the day and able to leave luggage, which was helpful. Location was great - 5 mins walk from the station and right by the river, near RSS Discovery and the V&A. Bed was really comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful. Short walk to restaurants - Beefeater next to the hotel, but I'd recommend Tony Macaroni's in town - great Italian food and generous portions. About a 10-15 min walk from the hotel.

Brilliant hotel, I can never fault any of the premier inns I’ve been to but this was above and beyond. Full security to the rooms having to use your key card to access the lift or stairs I felt incredibly safe as a solo traveller. The beefeater next door is lovely, quick service, lovely staff and wasn’t too busy. Breakfast was the same, I arrived just before it closed and they instantly offered to make more eggs, sausages etc, a wide variety of cereals, pastries etc too. Pricing was far too low for what I experienced. I will most definitely be returning.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Tea and coffee were provided and replacements were available at front reception. Option of not having daily housekeeping which for us was good. Location was excellent, central to Dundee and easy to walk to train station and buses as well as local attractions and restaurants. On site restaurant was good, nice variety of food on offer.

My wife and I stayed here for a night in May 2025.
I chose this hotel for two main reasons, the location and the price. Both were perfect for us. The room was a nice size, it was clean, it had a bath and a tay view. All in all a very good room for the price. Only negative was a lack of a fridge.
If you're looking for a good value hotel in Dundee this one will do the job very nicely.

Check in was quite and simply. Receptionist was friendly. Main hall to the lift smelt vile, like the carpet could be doing with a clean. The bathroom in our room was very run down looking. Paint and woodwork chipped. The WiFi was very bad also. For the price we paid we were quite disappointed

Great location, lovely staff and good food but as with every Premier Inn, a major issue is the room being too stuffy. The air conditioning is unable to go below 19 degrees. Either fix that or have windows which can open please. It is genuinely making us see Premier Inn as a last resort which is a pity as the room and facilities in general are very good.

Checked in, entered room and could see straight away this is a tired tatty hotel.|Not clean, chewing gum on carpet, beetles crawling on the floor, mould in bathroom, extract fan filthy, second key card didn't work, paintwork decaying, dirty kettle, air con useless, no outlet to charge toothbrush, so off to reception. |Chap I spoke to agreed, hotel is overdue an upgrade, but no excuse for filthy room. Showed him pics and he was not surprised. |Paid a lot of money for this, travelled a long way, and haven't been this disappointed since we stayed at the Bristol Premier which was awful too.|If you can get it for £30 a night great, but if you Paid as much as us - don't!

I stayed in this hotel in April and I had the most outstanding, above and beyond service, from a lovely lady called Lauren.

She was attentive, kind and helped me make sure my stay was special and memorable.

The hotel itself is very well situated and some rooms have a view like my picture here.

Honestly such a lovely stay and Lauren was a huge part of why it was so great.

I hope all your staff are like her.
