Great Service at Exeter City Centre Premier Inn

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn in Exeter city centre and was really impressed by the service, especially at dinner and breakfast. The staff were super friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly. Dinner had a good range of options, and the food came out quickly, fresh, and tasty. Breakfast was just as great—lots of choices from the hot buffet and continental spread, all well-stocked and fresh.

The team really seemed to care, checking in to see if we needed anything without being overbearing. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable meal during your stay, this is definitely a solid choice!

My visit to the Premier Inn Exeter City Centre was fantastic, especially the dining experience. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh and tasty options, and dinner was just as impressive, with delicious dishes that were well-prepared and beautifully served. This was a brilliant hotel to stay with a friend, with a large room containing comfortable beds! The tables have a lot of space for storage as do the slots next to the beds, frames on the walls have nice patterns too. Bathroom is of a proper size with a reliable shower and reception is well-staffed, accompanied by comfy seating as well!

The hotel was lovely, had everything we needed. Was warm cosy. Food was nice. Drinks a bit expensive. Was a bit of a walk for us to walk to the city centre. Was OK for me but bit of a trek for my friend. ||Staff were very friendly and always smiling. A good place to stay.

We stayed here many times and just as usual the staff working here are the best , ever so friendly but professional and nothing is too much trouble for them , we prefer a particular room and we forgot on this instance to call before arrival, it took them a couple of minutes and we were sorted , well done Nadine and thank you .

Breakfast is proper British with plenty of choice and very well cooked .
We also had dinner this time and it was a beautifully made stake , and service was spotless.

The service from Gemma, Deep, and Mohamed was fantastic—really friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from. Dinner was just as good, with delicious, well-cooked dishes that hit the spot. Overall, a lovely experience!

Had a great stay at Premier Inn Exeter City Centre. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were super friendly, food and drinks amazing and the location is perfect parking near the hotel , right in the heart of the city. Highly recommend!!

Had a great visit to Exeter city centre recently, and the food and service were excellent.

For dinner Joao recommended the steak, and it was absolutely perfect—juicy and full of flavor.
Adriana on breakfast was so welcoming in the morning. The full English breakfast was delicious, and her caramel latte suggestion hit the spot.

A special mention to Dorota for the excellent service , who was working the night shift. She was incredibly kind and kept everything running smoothly.
