Great place to stay. I stayed for 7 night on business in the area.|Everything was just right especially the bed. best nights sleep in ages.|Self service breakfast was very good and a good choice on the evening menu too||Just one moan.|Why pay for the parking? Looking at the way the site is laid out I would say it is solely your own car park. Seems odd to me.

Not impressed! We arrived just after 4pm and the three rooms we pre-booked were not ready and weren't on the same floors. This was resolved in ten minutes and the staff accommodating. One of the toilet seats was broken and half hanging off the toilet. When reported we were told the maintenance manual left for thedaybut someone would look at it. It wasn't fixed. The rooms were tired, grubby and the carpets needed a more thorough vacuuming and cleaning. The bathrooms had visible mould on the sealant, plug holes and soap holder. Premier Inns are normally much better than this. We wouldn't return to this hotel.

Convenient for Exeter airport. Busy place not the best kept premier inn I’ve stayed at. Could do with a deep clean and some maintenance. Eg mold around bath. Renew sealant etc. suspect high turnover and not enough staff to maintain attention to detail but clean enough and warm welcome

The Pillows are the softest but the flattest I've ever felt, we could also hear upstairs noise.||Positive- family room large, large bathroom, power shower was great, staff very friendly and loved the personal touches in reception with hand crafted cards, tombola for charity and Halloween theme bags/treats

We stayed here as a stop on our way to Cornwall we had to queue at check in as both machines weren't working .||And I don't know why we have to pay to park here. Our room was on the ground floor and we did hear the people in the room above walking around quite late at night.. also the room could do with a little care paint etc ||We did sleep well and the room was clean

Room is great, always is. But, my advice is go elsewhere, especially if you are driving. The car park, which you have no choice is £7.00 for the night. It's an absolute disgrace. Premier Inn should warn everyone of this cost upon booking. Other hotels are available nearby.

Stayed 1 night on our way to Devon. The hotel us very well situated , just off the M5. Everything was as expected and the Brewers Fayre next door was okay. What we didn't like was being told there is £7 parking charge, never been charged parking in all the years we've stayed at PI. Parking should be factored into the overall price

Just off the motorway, ample car parking, reception and check in was very efficient and friendly, car parking was tagged onto my bill which made life easy and the receptionist took my reg number, all very simple.
Room clean and tidy.
I would say though that as this hotel is near to the airport there was a lot of movement in rooms and corridors through the night with people leaving for their holidays.
