What a lovely spot! |This has to be one of the best Premier inns ever. |Location is fantastic, big car park and the views are beautiful. |We were lucky enough to get a sea view room which was such a treat. |The selection at breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Only downside was there didn't seem to be much for dietary requirements. |The bed and pillows were so comfy and the shower was powerful enough. The staff were friendly and helpful too. |Value for money, location and view I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

On the face of it, this hotel has really great potential, especially with its location on the sea front. The room we had was clean and a good view. We went for a Premier Plus room. However, unlike the other Prem Plus rooms, we have stopped in. This had the bog standard Premier Inn shower above the bath. Instead of the Premier Plus shower. Which was a real disappointment. Also, this hotel has family rooms above the Premier plus rooms, which meant in the case of us, small children running around in room above us, at 6.00am Sunday morning!

What a great hotel. |Fantastic location just walk across the road, and you are Exmouths glorious beach. |The premier plus rooms with the sea view are lovely. Rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel has a good on-site restaurant. The breakfast was really good, lovely and fresh and lots to choose from. |The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Stayed over for one night and have to say that the location is absolutely perfect. All of the staff were came across were really very helpful. We went out somewhere for dinner but came back for a couple of drinks and my wife enjoyed the cocktails.

In the morning we opted for the breakfast rather than venture out, there are cheaper options in the area but the food was very well cooked and being all you can eat we felt it was worth it.

From first impressions the outside of the hotel looked rather weathered, but once inside the staff, breakfast and evening meals were superb. The family room we had was overlooking the seafront and was faultless. The onsite parking is £7per night on first come first served, but there were adequate amounts of spaces. I wouldn't hesitate returning to this hotel, is one of the best Premier Inns we have stayed in over the years.

My wife and I were hugely disappointed with the hotel this stay. We were allocated a room at the front of the hotel with, normally, lovely sea views. This time, however, the windows were completely covered with external sheeting which blotted out the view completely, making the room look and feel like a cave with no no exit. On complaining to the duty manager we were glibly told there was no other room and that we had been sent an email warning us of the works to the front of the hotel. I am not able to verify if the hotel was full, but we were certainly not advised of the work taking place. In any case, we had booked the room back in August, plenty of time for the hotel to allocate a room without the blockade! In addition, the air-conditioning in the room didn't work and the room was unbearably hot. The staff on our second day were, as usual, friendly and helpful and the heating was sorted by the duty manager. We paid full price for this room and feel we have been badly let down by the hotel; our stay certainly was not worth the money we paid.

We were given a single room with a small double bed. The evidence was there was only one of everything and the room was very small, overlooking the car park. The staff were having a conflab at a table and reluctantly attended to our check in. We were charged the same price as the hotel in Paignton where we had a comfortable double room overlooking the sea with lovely gardens and excellent decor. No comparison and very disappointing. Would not stay in a Premier Inn again.
