The room's heating was very over the top. It was so hot, it was 28.3 degrees at 4am and the air conditioning system was set to blow heat and cut off after a certain time. We were unable to get the temperature down; it was too hot to sleep with a total of 6 hours over 3 nights. The staff at reception (who was lovely and very helpful) informed us that we were not the only ones having this issue and that it was senior management who had set the controls down by reception, to blow heat instead of it being on automatic mode like it should. ||||One of the pillow cases was covered in makeup but this was resolved in a timely manner.

I would like to say a huge thanks to Kieniya in Reception. I was on the brink of cancelling my stay at the Premier Inn but Kieniya went above and beyond to address all my concerns. She outlined the policies but was also helpful in highlighting and recommending options for me. She is a huge asset and the company are very lucky to have her.

Stayed here for business, and it was ideal. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, quickly bringing me an extra pillow when I asked. Food and drinks were surprisingly decent, making it easy to relax after work. The location was convenient, with everything I needed close by. Great place if you’re on a work trip!

Stayed here multiple times over multiple months. Mainly let down by restaurant deliveries. Very poor. Heating doesn’t work so people eat in coats. Wi-Fi useless even paid ultimate (staff aware but never repaired). They ran out of chips, baked beans, pastries, orange just, the list goes on. Child portions of food when it does come out. There’s also a big rat problem outside. Families of large rats run around the bushes at entrance and rear of building.

Very clean, very close to amenities, staff were absolutely super, Charlotte was amazingly helpful, great customer service she couldn't do enough.|Beefeater restaurant look lovely but we didnt use it instead used the Sainsburys opposite.|Parking is literally 50m away

The first time I've been a bit disappointed by a Premier Inn. Just all round a bit dirtier and scruffier than other ones.

Water comes through the ceiling (room 210) in the bathroom when the shower is running. On checkout, no one really apologised or seemed bothered when I mentioned it!

Stopped a couple of times when traveling for work. Good location with enough close by such as food outlets and the supermarket across the road. ||Clean and comfy bed. Air conditioning here is a real plus. A lot of premier inn hotels don’t have good air conditioning so this was a great as it gets really warm here.||Bathrooms a little dated but nevertheless clean. ||Food offering is at the Beefeater restaurant as part of the hotel. Good range of offerings if you don’t want to travel. Breakfast is steady with full cooked options at a good price. Dinner is slightly overpriced for the quality but nothing out of the ordinary from any other hotel.||Premier inn push room rates to £120.00 plus for the basic no refund option. Some nights I have paid more. If I was to pay anymore this would affect the review as £140 plus is entering the realm of mid tier hotels, which premier inn isn’t. I feel the low rates they advertise are very few and far between. Supply and demand lets it happen I guess. ||Overall, a convenient and clean hotel that I would use again.

You know what to expect from a Premier Inn, and this one does exactly that.||||On our visit, breakfast was cooked to order, which I feel is better as everything is fresh/hot.||||Parking in the nearby multi story, which is 150/200m away - £3 from 2100 to 1000 next day, so reasonable. (Be aware the slightly closer Sainsbury car park is limited to 2 hours, and camera controlled).||||Friendly, helpful staff.
