Lovely welcoming at the reception desk followed by an amazing host by the name of Kristel in the restaurant. Nothing was to much bother for her and all completed with a great big smile and a big sense of humour. Kristen really made the dining experience warming. Room all set up ready for a family of 4.

Room was comfortable. Staff were lovely. Cleanliness was good. Bed was comfortable. No complaints. Bar lady was lovely. Sadly the restaurant wasn’t open as chief was off but these things can’t be helped. Parking situation was adequate and it was in a nice location.

We booked this Premier Inn as normal before flying out, got to the room
1, Toilet seat really loose?
2, No towels what's so ever?
3, No plug for the bath?
4, No free tea Bags?
5, I reported all above I picked up the towels and teabags in reception area, still waiting for the bath plug, they did say they would move us but we had already unpacked our bags ect for the next day flight, we will not stay hear again it's very dated we also know it's a budget stay, they guy on reception said it's the room keepers fault? But who's checking the room keepers standards. I had to tick one star it won't let you leave a NO star review, so NO Stars from the pair of us. Yet the bed was OK room was warm. 13/10/2024

I stayed in the Goffs park premier inn for 3 nights on a work trip, the room was ideal for what I needed other than a broken TV which I reported but they couldn't sort out in the short time I was here understandably. However this issue was more than made up for by the staff, in particular the evening bar staff Kristel and Jess were very accommodating and made sure I had a good meal and company every evening. I can not big these girls up enough and say how much of an asset to the company they are. If you are staying here alone make sure you go to the restaurant for a meal or drink and you won't feel alone anymore. I didn't get her name but the lady running the breakfast was also a wonderful welcome to your morning and made each day start on a positive note. Whoever is in charge of hiring the staff for this premier in has done very good Job as they are without a doubt the best staff I have experienced at any premier inn and I have stayed at a few. Thanks again for accommodating me so well.

I stay in Premier Inns regularly, and this one is as good as the others I have been a guest of. These hotels are generally the same and satisfy my needs, so I am happy. I believe that when issues arise, it is how the staff react that indicates the level of service I receive and in this case the hotel is understaffed and had a problem with the key card system that also affected room allocation. I have to say that all the staff did what they could to overcome the issues admirably. I have had breakfast each morning with only one member of staff to deal with the guests, and I would like to thank Helen in particular for making my stay a little more pleasant. Well done to all the staff, as the management were not so visible especially during the 3 days they were unable to produce room cards.

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk apart from a guy who ignored me as I walked in.||I arrived at the front desk and was stood there with a gentlemen just point blank ignoring my presence.||After prompt it turns out he was an IT assistant.||I eventually get signed in and got given my room key to a room accross the other side of the building complex having to walk outside and around to a separate unattached building.|||Got into my room and it was dark dingey, dated and basic but clean.||Unfortunately there some noise above me, my mobile signal was non existent with zero bars showing on the signal screen.|| I had a very important day following, so needed as much quiet as possible, therefore I went back to reception to request a room above the ground floor.|| I was given my new key, & an employee the same lady who checked me in, followed me to my room, took my key off me and was made to feel untrustworthy.||Went to my new room and tried connecting to wifi, so that I could prepare for my day ahead and do some necessary work online.||I could not locate a room telephone to contact reception, and there was no contact information anywhere on my booking or checking in card other than a main switchboard number.||Which is already giving me health and safety concerns.||I popped down to reception where I was advised that the internet is down and is not going to be working that evening unfortunately and that there’s nothing they can do.||I wasn’t offered any remedy or sympathy for this issue other than to be made to feel I need to just get over it.||It was 4 minutes until the Bar and restaurant was open and I asked if I could go sit inside it, considering my room is accross the way in a separate building.||That being said I was denied entry and had to go back to my room and wait as the reception area wasn’t very spacious by any means and had no seating area.||I return for food and ate which I was satisfied with however i was shocked to find out that the same 2x hotel workers that assisted me with check in and room change plus 1x more male were the same 3x running the Bar, Restaurant, check in and Guest queries.||Evidently the business is understaffed and workers forced to do multiple jobs dealing with Food, arrivals, and guest queries within a fast paced environment. This makes me worry about the H&S factors when NOT wearing protective clothing when in and out of the kitchen / Bar / Reception. ||This caused severe delay in all aspects of the running of the hotel with me witnessing guessed waiting to check in whilst hotel workers are busy running food, clearing in and taking drinks orders.|||After I eaten I went back up to my room and was readying myself for the next day.||I noticed my room had no iron or ironing board.||And again there was no telephone in the room and no contact number.||So I had to again walk down to reception 2x flights of stairs and then out from my building to enter the car park to walk around to the main entrance back into reception to ask for an ironing board and iron which I was given and expected to carry myself back up to my room.||Expecting me to carry an iron and ironing board accross the car park and up to two flights of stairs back to my room is just unacceptable.||The whole experience was shocking, and beyond repairable.||If I had fallen or Injured myself, we would be having a different conversation.||I wouldn’t stay at this branch again even if you offered me a complimentary stay!||Absolutely shocking

The hotel itself is a bit tired but we were only stopping overnight before flying from Gatwick. Comfy bed as one would expect from a Premier Inn. Kristel and Bradlee were just the best staff. They were bright and smiley and gave us the best service - they made our stay! Thank you!
