Our stay was excellent overall. Very comfortable and clean room, the staff were very kind and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast, both were lovely. Despite having a limited menu for dinner, the situation was very well managed (staff informed us when checking in about the limited menu, and again when we sat down for dinner), clear communication goes a long way. The lad who checked us in and served us at dinner was brilliant, very welcoming and attentive, so sorry I didn't catch his name.

This is our go to stopover for Gatwick as we find it convenient to get to Purple Parking from here.||We have noticed the premises are looking tired and the whole place needs a make-over. Wobbly toilet seat, leaking shower curtain (yes it was tucked in the bath). ||On the night of our stay they had a huge group in for the leisure centre, which is becoming the norm. We arrived at 6:30, wanting dinner at 7pm, but told we couldn't due to no tables. After a 2 hour drive we reluctantly agreed to 8pm. We ordered our meals just before 8pm. Finally got starters at 8:30, mains at 9pm (after waitress chasing) and sweets at 9:30pm. Whilst it was nice to eat over a long period to let courses go down, we were hungry! Whilst we did not complain as we were told there may be a wait. The waitress was excellent in chasing and we were offered several on the house items to accompany our meals.||If they are to continue with large groups they do need the staff to accommodate the group. Breakfast was carnage, although the staff did work hard to replenish food items.||Nightly rates possibly need to be reviewed in view of the run down appearance of the premises. Also be aware the rooms can get very hot in the summer as there is no air con. It is too noisy to have windows open because of the road.||We may look at cheaper alternatives at Gatwick on site.

Very easy to find and to park car and only 15 minutes from Gatwick Airport.
Welcoming atmosphere from the word go. My room was massive and had everything I needed.
The reception staff were fab. Professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely stay here again especially as it was such a good price for the night.

Stayed here for one night for a business trip. |It’s a busy hotel and the two memoir staff who were working on my arrival weekend were very pleasant and attentive indeed. Like over and above. The level of service and quality of food exceeded my expectations of a prem inn. |The morning and breakfast were no exception either. |BIG shout outs and recognition to-|Tina, multi tasking, giving great service and making me feel so welcome. Thank you Tina. |Mira, for preparing the most perfectly cooked breakfast you could imagine. It could have been for a photo shoot. |You both showed you genuinely care about your job and your customers so well done!

Member of staff said go have breakfast and your room will be sorted straight away.|Room was sorted within 30 minutes. Had a fantastic day/night sleep, pillows and bed where absolutely amazing.|Staff where very friendly and happy to help with any issues, especially the breakfast staff.|The food at night, especially the chicken curry, was fantastic.|Will definatly stay there again 100%

Firstly the positive. |We were attending a funeral and arrived in the morning and they very kindly sorted out a room for us. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was actually pretty good, and whilst only a few others were eating they were clearly short staffed as it took a longtime to be served and get our food, and again credit to the staff who did apologise.|As stated on there website there is no air conditioning and being October we thought this wouldn’t be an issue. However the room got so hot it became uncomfortable. There is a fan that we put on as we couldn’t open the window due to the traffic noise on the A23.|The room was dated and the shower was an over the bath one and it was actually quite dangerous to get in and out of the bathtub as it was so high. The bed had seen better days, in fact the whole hotel needs a complete renovation. |I was always a fan of a Premium Inn but of late (see my reviews) the ones I have stayed in are all in dire need of a mayor renovation and no longer off value for money. |This Premier Inn was not awful as the staff made up for the state of the hotel but there is definitely better options out there.

This location is great if you're flying out of Gatwick the next morning and you have a rental car. It's very easy to get to the airport from here, and the free parking availability here is usually very good. ||||My only complaint is that the room was crazy hot, making it almost impossible to sleep in. This was on a day where the temperature outside reached 27 degrees Celsius, and the room stayed beyond that temperature throughout the night. The room was equipped with a simple floor fan, but since the windows are secure and barely possible to open, and there is no air-conditioning, there's just no way to cool it down. It's most unfortunate, because otherwise this would have been a great stay.

Excellent hotel, food was so good for our evening meal we paid extra for breakfast too. We had a steak evening meal, it was so good, we were worried there wasn’t going to be enough parking but was amazed how big the car park was. We slept soundly all night in a very comfortable bed, we will use this hotel again when using Gatwick Airport.
