One of the best Premier Inns we’ve stayed at. Plenty of parking & very quiet. ||Reception was warm & welcoming. The room was immaculately clean with very comfortable beds. ||We had breakfast & dinner & there were no complaints. Very good value for money. ||We’ll definitely stay here again when next visiting family.

Stayed for 1 night as a friend had a 50th birthday and we were working so didn't see the point driving home. Greeted by a lovely member of staff who had no hesitation in booking us into our room which was clean and spacious. Having been at work all day the shower was welcoming and spotless. The tea and coffee station was well used and needed to be topped up once we returned from the function we attended. The bed was super comfy as per normal. The only downside to our stay was an inconsiderate person playing music at 630 am maybe on the next floor. However this didn't impact our sleep.

When we mentioned the music the reception day staff said they would look into the matter and were willing to compensate us for breakfast but due to our schedule we politely declined.

All together a good stay and would recommend again.

Very comfortable beds, lovely clean rooms. We were their for a sad family funeral but our stay at this hotel made it more bearable. The staff were very attentive, went the extra mile, the meals and snacks were all excellent and the breakfasts, were very generous and plenty of choice.|Kim looked after us for a dinner and Lucy looked after us for breakfasts. Husband is a stroke victim and can only use his left hand, Lucy made sure he had a special serrated knife to enable him to help himself. She was very discreet about it too. Cannot fault this place, and we shall certainly be returning.

We love staying here, ideal location and very easy to get to. The rooms are always spotless and really spacious. The staff are always so lovely, especially Andy on reception who was so accommodating and sorted out an issue for us with no hassle at all. Will definitely be back!

Really lovely team of receptionists specially the gentleman on reception who wears a shirt and tie. I think that looks really smart The management and housekeeping team are really lovely people as well. They make you feel welcome, The corridors and rooms always smell nice and fresh.

This hotel is nothing special to look at from the outside but we recently stayed there for 2 nights. What sets it apart are the staff who work here, From the gentleman who checked us in on our arrival on Sunday afternoon, to Kim who took our order for dinner in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. It was only Kim’s second night on duty but she hit the perfect balance of healthy banter and good customer service. At breakfast the next day we met Lucy who again, engaged brilliantly with us and added to our overall experience at this hotel. We stayed to attend a family funeral but the service at this hotel helped to make our stay enjoyable despite the circumstances of our visit to Gillingham, I would highly recommend this hotel and will be back when I next visit family in Gillingham

I stay overnight once per week and I visited hundreds Premier Inn. Second time here and I can say this is the best. Since I arrived, Tetiana (the receptionist) was super kind and professional, you always leave the reception with a big smile. Another big thanks to Ale, the blond woman at pub, I never got such a good service at the Premier Inn so far.|So a big clap to Tetiana and Ale, they made my day
