Convenient location, fir both Cheltenham and Gloucester. Clean room with air con and heating. Comfortable Bed and a decent shower that actually has good pressure.|Best of all is the in site breakfast canteen. Best premier inn breakfast ever. The chef here dies poached eggs perfectly. Good bacon and sausage also has black pudding. Hot, not greasy and served with a smile. I think I will be staying here a little over the next few years when visiting my daughter.

Hopefully you know what you are getting with a Premier Inn and this delivers just that, but unfortunately nothing more. We selected here to break up a long return journey from Cornwall. ||Room was clean and satisfactory, but was looking rather tired and in need of uplift. Free WiFi in the room was fine and everything else in the room was as expected. ||At check in, the receptionist couldn’t do enough for us and was brilliant (we checked in past 8pm). The following morning we arrived for breakfast and the only front of house engagement we had was being asked for our room number and that was all. My wife assisted a lady who had arrived for breakfast and made a coffee for her from the machine; to that effect, my wife commented it was rather poor that this lady who clearly had restricted mobility was not approached to see if she needed anything, even just as a courtesy. ||Breakfast itself was pretty good and no complaints on that front. In summary, a satisfactory stay was had, just not exceptional. Would we stay again for a similar visit, not sure to be honest.

Great place to stay. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic. Rooms are really clean and bathrooms are excellent and of course the beds are excellent.

Our room was clean if a little tired but it was extremely noisy during the night and very early morning, doors banging at all hours hardly got any sleep at all.
Room was far too hot! And the air conditioning was very loud so we couldn’t put it on.
Not an option to open the windows as we were right next to the road so traffic was extremely loud.
The receptionist asked if we would like to book breakfast, I replied that we may book it later as we were going to have dinner at the pub next door, and we were going to see what they offer before making a decision. She told us that they don’t serve breakfast at the pub so our only options were to eat breakfast at Premier Inn, so we paid for two cooked breakfast from Premier Inn.
Only to discover that they do indeed serve breakfast at the pub. So we were blatantly lied to!! I was furious.
Anyway putting this aside we ventured down to breakfast the following morning with yourselves, I wish we hadn’t bothered.
It was one of the worst breakfasts I’ve ever eaten. The cheapest sausage and bacon also I think everything had been deep fried it was so greasy!
I ended up with just a banana and a yogurt. For £11 whatever each.
So overall it was a very bad experience all round.

Lovely place. Comfortable rooms, easy to access, nice pub nearby, free parking with plenty of space and friendly staff. Everything you need for a short stay in Gloucester

Excellent staff and facilities - nice clean hotel with a superb, good quality buffet style breakfast in a favourable location - warm welcome and a nice clean spacious bedroom. Lovely pub right next door - what more could you ask for ?. Certainly stay again.

This was the best customer service me and my partner have ever had from Premier inn - everyone we interacted with was simply amazing, very helpful and went above and beyond. We have stayed in many Premier inn's, but this most definitely has been the best in regards to the service and the employees.

Very rude receptionist upon arrival. Not welcoming, tried to talk over me. She said I owed money when I didn't and I when I showed her proof she wasn't prepared to look and told me I wasn't listening to her. This lady should be removed from the Meet & Greet role. All other staff were nice, the breakfast was the best Premier Inn Breakfast I've ever had, but this receptionist put a downer on our stay. Even my daughter was scared to ask her to enter the colouring competition
