Amazing stay! Such nice staff who make you feel safe. Very good for food allergies cutlery and plates are specially washed for you and there are allergy booklets. Beds are really comfortable. Definitely recommend the premier inn! Really nice dinner as well! I recommend the Thai chicken curry!

Great hotel, with a good location, super clean comfortable room & fantastic staff, very helpful. Free parking with was great too. As always the bed was extremely comfortable. Handy for the Costa coffee shop next door. This premier inn does not have a restaurant but there are plenty of good eateries on the Quays 5 min walk away.

We had an unplanned stay here for two nights due to a motor breakdown. What might have been a stressful experience actually turned into a really enjoyable stay. Every member of staff that we dealt with was super friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t come across anyone who didn’t smile and make us feel relaxed and welcome. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had anywhere and the chef was only too happy to cook poached eggs to order. The bar is also a great place to have a relaxing drink. The room was spacious and comfortable and the shower was amazing, I didn’t want to get out! The location of the hotel is superb, two minutes walk from shops add restaurants. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one. Thanks everyone, you did a great job! We’re already planning to come back soon.

The room was clean and the vegan options for breakfast were good but they were the only positives. (You do have to ask the chef for plant based breakfast). ||Didn’t have a good nights sleep as the bed was rock hard and the air con didn’t go below 20deg. Needed a good nights sleep as we had a family wedding the following day. We didn’t get it. ||Asked for cows milk alternatives at reception to be met with a stern ‘no that’s all we have’ ||If you are staying in Gloucester do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else!

Team members were all very friendly and accommodating. Room looked amazing but is in need of redecorating, massive plaster crack in bathroom ceiling and some marks on the walls. Didn't sleep too well but only because the person above was very heavy footed and enjoyed walking back and forth most of the night.

Check in didn't go well, with the two ladies making fun of my name and failing to find my booking details. The automated check-in machines weren't working. On first impressions, a very poor start, however, the quality of the Premier Plus Room was really good. Always a comfy bed and pillows in Premier Inn - setting the expectations high for other hotel visits. Overall, very good, but the staff at check-in were shockingly bad - rude and unprofessional. Get that right and it would have been an excellent rating.

We didn’t stay at the Premier Inn we went there to enjoy Saturday morning breakfast. We do not pre book and as the restaurant is in a building opposite the hotel we had to first pay the the breakfast in the hotel. The cost was £21.98 for two full breakfast buffets. The staff were very warm and friendly and a pleasure to talk with. My wife and I both enjoyed cereals and toast prior to enjoying a buffet full English breakfast with an orange juice each. There is free refills of hot and cold drinks. There was plenty of choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurts and pancakes. There was also no limit on the cooked items for your English breakfast. Excellent value for money, plenty of parking should you need it and ideal to start the day if you are visiting Gloucester Quays. My wife also commented how nice and clean the toilets were.

Good clean accommodation. Just what we needed in a central location . Staff were friendly and helpful . Great to have free parking and not rushed out if our parking space after we checked out. All round good stay in the lovely city of Gloucester
