We arrived around 7 and were greeted by a very helpful receptionist which sorted the room. But when entering the room we noticed it was very dirty and mould round the bath and shower. The view was a fence within a foot from the window. Bed was fairly comfy. Luckily we were so tired we just over saw it. In the morning we went for breakfast we were treated with very lazy staff which couldn’t even help carry a high chair for us. The food was below average and not a lot of options they just said it was being booked but we were in over a hour and never saw any more food come out. The staff we lazy and seemed to just want to talk to each other rather than help. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

You know what you get with a Premier Inn and what you get in High Wycombe is excellent. The place is as clean as a whistle and the staff very grim and accommodating. Breakfast at £9.95 was great value. 10/10 on all fronts. And if you want to go out for a drink, find the earthy Rose & Crown a few streets away.

Stayed here due to visiting LEGOLAND the following day to break up our journey. Arrived to a friendly welcome, large car park , there are quite a few steps down from the top car park to reception so beware if you have heavy suitcases. Room was as expected typical premier inn room, slight signs of wear and tear, clean with comfy beds, quiet night sleep. Only issue is that there were 4 of us in the room however only 2 teacups and 2 tea bags etc so would have been nice to have these without asking. Large Tesco not to far away if you wanted any extra bits .

I have stayed here before and like the location. It was only an overnight stay. The hotel can be a bit tricky to find - follow your GPS and the signage. The car park was very busy so I assume that the hotel was too - you certainly couldn’t tell from any noise as there was none. The greeting at reception on arrival and departure was great. The room was basic but comfy, clean and of a good size. Absolutely no complaints and good value for what I paid.

I have stayed here several times for local parties, functions, Christmas dos etc. For the best price book well in aadvance and online. |Rachel Q on reception is an absolute diamond. Always happy to help with any requests and has always looked after me. Rooms are clean and well appointed and most importantly the beds are superb. Cant fault this place for the price at all.

We stayed here to break journey going South as we did a few years ago.|Seems absolutely no maintenance has been done over those years.||On the good side the reception staff were lovely and sorted a room with a walk in shower instead of over the bath. We had requested this the day before. However the room was very cramped with a small double bed, stained carpet, stained toilet and a generally uncared for look.||We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The food was ok for the money although the staff appeared disinterested with their customers unless it was someone they knew. At breakfast there were no spoons or mugs left and a request for them brought a sigh and ‘in a moment’. They needn’t have bothered with the mug as the coffee was awful, as were the chairs and tables.||Needless to say we won’t be breaking the journey there again.|||| good side

Never have spare pillows. Asked 3 times including the manager and still no spare pillows. Also we were mislead as the E-mail said check in from 12 and we couldn't which was annoying. Still miffed about the pillows. I refuse to believe they had run out. I just wanted one more pillow so I could actually rest easy- there motto which they did not live up to. Dissapointed.
