I recently stayed at Premier Inn for close to 3 weeks and I was genuinely impressed by the quality of my experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing environment for my stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, special mention Gorigianna ( the manager) and her staff Kazi and his colleagues ensuring that I felt welcomed throughout my stay. The convenience of the location is a plus. I highly recommend Premier Inn. I course I have already make another upcoming booking! Keep up with the good work guys!

Not a fancy hotel, but clean and excellent value. Front office staff is very helpful. Kazi always greeted us with a smile! We stayed four nights and were very comfortable. Breakfast is ample and off site parking is across the street. Nice downtown walking area with quite a few really good restaurants. Would recommend for family or business.

We always stay at this hotel as it’s convenient and near shops ect.
A clean comfortable room and a good nights sleep.
House keeping staff could do with checking under beds ect as rubbish was found.

Breakfast service poor the lady that was working was rude , came over to me instead of speaking to my husband and demanded he pays for a breakfast because she saw he was eating a piece of sausage off my sons plate that he didn’t want so it wasn’t exactly a full on plate of food so I found this abit pathetic really. 8/2/25 time about 8.30am. There was also no orange juice it was tropical juice when I asked do u have orange juice the lady tried saying it was orange juice in the jug when clearly it was tropical after having a glass of it. The fridge was full of orange juice cartons didn’t bother to put any out. Because she was adamant it was orange after taking lid off and smelling it! So clearly didn’t have a clue what she was doing.

Also u should be offering scrambled and poached eggs not just fried eggs and not telling guests only on less busy times u do it should be everyday. We have been told on previous stays.

It's not a bad hotel. It's central in a former Waitrose store, with restaurants and a Starbucks opposite and a Everyman cinema nearby. |The town centre is very near by and is a prosperous and very charming town centre with a good array of shops. |Parking is in the council's multi storey which good is eye wateringly expensive.

Good location ,it is a shame it's not clear on where this is situated. I struggled to find out how to get there if you don't know the area. Also, to find out on arrival that when taking cash, you had to show your driving licence. Good room and clean, comfy bed , its a shame we had no choice of decafe tea in the room, and not much choice if other teas offered. We were hoping for bottled water in the room too. Very quite on the 4th floor and nice stay

Fantastic location, no outside noise. Rooms were spotless and perfect size. We had the breakfast next morning , which had great variety. Checkin and check out took less than 5 mins. Staff were helpful and friendly will be using this hotel again in future!

I stayed at Premier inn Horsham and was blown away by the exceptional service from Barbara and Chloe. Their friendliness and extensive knowledge of the area made my stay truly memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks to their outstanding hospitality!

I've stayed many times at this Premier Inn and have usually been very satisfied, but this weekend it really fell down, mainly on the very, very poor breakfast:

No scrambled eggs, just rubbery fried eggs, cardboard-looking bacon, barely warm unripe tomatoes, mushy hash browns. No muesli, no granola, no pastries except a few croissants that were raw in the middle, no wholemeal bread, NO BUTTER!, only cheap margarine. The fresh fruit basket was just a pile of black bananas and the fruit salad was empty. .

I know it's Christmas and they've probably been busy but surely somebody could have run to Sainsburys for some supplies. What was the manager thinking? No butter? Rotten bananas? No scrambled eggs? Uncooked croissants. Hope this was blip and not a sign of deteriorating service.
